The room is cleanish which is good. However, the NOISE from the bowing alley is unbearable and nobody should dare to put you through this during holiday. And what’s worse is that this noise goes though most of all night, past 23!!Going on till midnight and taking me 2 hours plus to put the kids to sleep. At least they should have the decency to let you know before you book.
The room we had on 2nd floor was noisy in the evening while bowling hall was opened till 11pm, noisy in the morning because of car park and the stairs where kids drag their sleds. The room itself was a bit on the small side but it had everything we needed - kitchen, drying cabinet for ski gear and sauna. My hubby and I are both light sleeper so we decided to upgrade the room to a quieter room on the top floor despite the price. The second room was a suite with a lot more space and very quiet. We could still hear the bowling hall but it did not bother us. We had a room at Unna Mannu before whenever we came to Levi in the last 3 years. Now we know how good that room was. It had a washing machine and everything worked there. This second room at Levi Gold was ok, but the door hinges were quite old, we had to close the toilet door multiple times by force so we wouldnt set the alarm off because of the sauna steam. The twin beds were small and cheap. They were unstable and I felt like falling off every night from the bed. Everything else was nice. The staff, the cleaners, the kitchen utensils, the cleanliness of the room, the service we received and the location. We loved how closely everything was nearby. It is a 2 mins walk to zero-point. We had our own ski storage space outside our room. We took airport shuttle which was just outside Levi Spa Hotel.…
Had a magical time in Lapland & Levi is amazing. Unfortunately the room was poor. Sleeping accommodation wasn't acceptable for a family of four. Beds very uncomfortable. Bowling alley under the room was noisy until 11pm, really should be a warning if you are put in that room.
We arrived and the lady notice 3 kids and 2 adults in 2 rooms so she offered 70€ upgrade ! Well worth it , overlooking ski slopes .. clean and everything that I e would need in this accommodation. .. well recommended
We stayed here for a few nights whilst skiing in Levi. The location is perfect, in the centre of town and right at the bottom of the main ski lift. The apartment was phenomenal value compared to anything you would get at other ski resorts in Europe. Very modern and a good size with separate living room/kitchen and bedroom. There was also a balcony, a private sauna and boot warmer. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need. Highly recommended place to stay when skiing in Levi.
Ideal base with sauna in bathroom and drying cabinet. We stayed as part of a Tui package in December 2018 and can't fault it for what we needed. Would rather stay here again than a hotel because it gave us plenty of freedom
We had a great time staying at Levi Suites Levi Gold. It was in the absolute perfect location to hit the slopes and to all the restaurants in town. Matter of fact our room looked directly at the slopes. Our room was clean and in perfect condition when we got there. We had a full kitchen, a table and couch. They also had a dryer for your clothes that you can utilize after being at the slopes all day. One of our favorite parts was the Sauna in the bathroom. It really was enjoyable after being out all day. My only complaint were the beds. They were extremely hard. It made it extremely difficult to get comfortable after being at the slopes all day. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Levi.
The room (C30) was ok(ish). It had everything you need on your holiday except a decent bed (we are both feeling like old people with back problems, both around 30 years old). And we were really missing a spot to leave our suitcases, because our room is really tiny and the suitcases are in the way. The noise from the bowling alley in the basement doesn't stop until 23:30, so don't expect to sleep before that. The block C apartments should have a decent discount against the other rooms. TUI should put this in the notes when booking these rooms, in this building. On suite sauna works perfectly, we haven't used the kitchen but it has everything if you would like to cook yourself a meal.
This apartment has a separate bedroom, with twin beds as requested; had a combined living area with dishwasher, oven, and other kitchen appliances; lounge, tv, dining suite; and wonderful hot shower with plentiful water; and best of all - a private sauna connected to the bathroom. Everything felt new except for the dining chairs which were very unstable. The beds were way more comfortable than I expected. The location couldn’t be better if you want easy access to the main ski slopes, from central town. Our experience could only be improved by the provision of transfers to the airport, and not having to put out the rubbish at 6am before we leave to catch a plane.
This apartments are excellent, super clean, modern and the location could not be better. Very nice staff and amenities. We stayed in a studio with balcony, 2 adults in the double bed and 2 children (16 and 9 years old) in the sofa bed. That is all they have left when I booked, but it was perfect! The bathroom, besides being very modern, has a sauna!! At the entrance there is also a dryer for clothing, which is a must in any snow resort to dry or remove humidity fron all your clothes after being in the snow. The kitchen has brand new cuttlery, dishes, pots and other cooking utensils (more than you will need). There is a dishwasher, with tablets provided and a microwave. The supermarket is very near and so all the shops and restaurants. The apartments have a bowling alley, a small arcade and about 3 bars. All very nice and cosy. They serve food too. Opposite the apartments, at the end of the town centre slope, is located Zero Point. There is a centre, with shops, where you also buy your ski passes and have a look at the many excursion offered, and so on. At the botton of the slope, kids and adults do tobogganing, plastic sleights are provided by all types of accommodation and are all over the place free of charge. When they close the slopes, you can climb further up and fly down. Next to Zero Point there is the Spa, Burger King, and so on. Do not forget to download the Northern Lights app, for a better chance to see them. The main 2 places with a good view for them are the frozen lake, 10 minutes walk from the apartments and the Panorama hotel, above Zero Point, opposite to the apartments. You can only access the hotel by the gondoliers, which close at 9pm or by taxi, around 20 euros one way. We spoted some steps by the slopes, but it looked like a long way up, doable for a one off, coming down. I will not bother looking for any other accommodation when I go back. And by the way, Lapland is beautiful! And I think we chose the best resort! Levi !!…
