Lovely site, very well maintained and fantastic that's its dog friendly (Including the peacock lounge, though we didn't use it as we were unsure how the pup would behave). Great caravan which was clean. Cooking was difficult with limited saucepans etc, but I took some of my own. There is a lot of road noise which didn't interfere with sleep, but doesn't make it quite the relaxing holiday we hoped for. Great location for exploring North Wales. Chinese over the road is excellent, but be aware that it's cash only. All in all had a great time.

We stayed here from friday until today monday in caravan 2 next to the road. The road noise didnt bother us and the balcony was great 2 chairs and a table. The van was really nice very clean when got there and also Ann came over to check if everything was ok . Nice touch. Key code entry to get on the park easy to use . Van had a massive main bedroom and two sofas which are comfy. The site is next to beach just over the railway track then your on the coastal path . Theres a restaurant and small bar but didnt use . Easy route to rhyl or Conwy Theres a Chinese over the road absolutely gorgeous meals and reasonably priced The large spring rolls are the best we have ever tasted we went with our dog Dotty and she loved the beach the site is dog friendly. Would we go back Definitely . Chilled out site chilled out break

Let me start by saying that this park itself is spotless and very well maintained, majority are privately owned and they are beautiful. It was however from check in a bit of a hassle, we were sent an email before arriving with all code details , check in is now 4 on not 2 , fair enough, we got to what we thought was our van and proceeded to unpack everything after a long drive . I'm 11 weeks post knee replacement so not an easy task. Just settling with a cuppa to answer a knock at the door to be told their fault not ours but we had to move, they had sent us the wrong details . I was gutted and not particularly happy, we aren't complainers so we just packed up and just moved as we had, already wasted nearly 2_hours .we were told we had booked a silver , which I believe is wrong as they start at gold. By the time we had unpacked again it was 7:30 . We were too tired to do anything. The new van wasn't as new as the original, and while it was very clean it had a strong smell of cigarettes in the furniture. The hoseasons vans have no views,at all facing into houses and what must be the busiest rd in Wales , it was relentless, we didn't get much sleep at all. My kids can sleep through anything but even they couldn't sleep.. Talking of sleep the beds were very uncomfortable and need updating, the bed linen is cheap as are the duvets and needs, replacing. The staff we encountered were po!ite enough but as they were in the wrong with caravan allocation not much choice . We were given a discount card for the restraint but we never got to use it. Unless you have a car there are no real amenities near by. The coastal walk is nice enough. Due to the new, earlier 9am checkout and lack of sleep from uncomfortable beds and noisy roads we packed up and left the day before. While some peop!e may enjoy this site, it wasn't for us. Don't think I'd book with hoseasons again on here. With the road and the train track wasn't really the recuperation from my surgery that I needed .

Excellent caravan for the 4 of us. Shame the road next to it's location is a 24/7 racetrack. Constant cars, trucks etc all day and night. If you stay, invest in ear plugs if you want to sleep. No shop on site for any basics. Location is close to a beach and easy access. Shops and amenities are not too far and a good location to go to other surrounding areas and tourist hot spots to visit. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a beautiful and immaculate caravan which was located in a perfect location and was quiet and friendly during the week. Then the weekend happened and whilst I appreciate people are on holiday. It wasn't great being woken at 7am by a lady in another caravan screaming and swearing. We could hear every word. We visited the restaurant on Friday morning for breakfast only to find it closed?? Friday night was filled with kids riding scooters around the site after 10pm. Adults yelling and not caring for other residents. Whilst I understand this is a holiday park, please have consideration for others.

We visited the site even though we were staying close by, we used the new bar on site which is lovely. The park itself is clean, quiet and well looked after. Short walk to the beech which was not to busy for the time of year. People on site were all friendly and welcoming.

It’s my first time visit to this place. I was a bit apprehensive using caravan service. However the moment I stepped into this place all my Apprehensions had gone with the wind. The caravan site is really close to major roads and to the beach. The caravan itself is very clean and tidy. The master bedroom is spacious than I thought. The second bedroom is a bit smaller but it’s okay. The caravan comes with all the Basic amenities for cooking. The storage capacity is fantastic. There is ample space for parking. The nearest superstore is about 2 miles away. There are lots of eating places around within 1 mile range. It’s really convenient For the families with kids. It would be nice if there is an extra provision of the chairs on the balcony. It’s highly recommend place if you’re looking for a beach holiday at a reasonable price, with family and kids

Had a wonderful stay here with my family, very calm & peaceful caravan site. Good security with coded gate access & CCTV. No noise after 9pm as it’s 20-30 mins from all the action and caravan owners are respectful of others so slept very peacefully. Only thing that I disliked was that the bins collection at the far end of the caravan site was overflowing with everyone’s rubbish & recycling on two visits. They should be cleared more regularly particularly in the summer with more guests.

Booked two Hoseasons short breaks for 2020. Both carried over to 2021. (Hoseasons really good about this). April 2021 and May 2021 completed. Ok, the Hoseasons vans are near the road, which is fair enough. Spotlessly presented on both occasions (as back in 2019 too). Lots of nice, quiet people own vans on this site. All very secure with CCTV and well lit at night. Secure railway crossing gate with lights and buzzer onto North wales Cycle/Walkway. Left to Abergele, Colwyn etc. Right to Rhyl, Prestatyn etc. Wish Railtrack would sound that buzzer a bit earlier than they do, and change lights to red, but if you are fit, you'll be ok. Yes, see you again Ty Gwyn Holiday Park (but we no longer buy caravans ourselves - been there, seen that, done that), as long as Hoseasons have caravans there.

My parents have a caravan on this site and I stayed for the first time for a full week. It is basically caravans on land with plenty of lawn areas, the site does have a small bistro/bar and small laundry room, I would suggest that you bring everything food and drink wise with you as it is out the way for the bars, fairgrounds and arcades and market that are about a 20 to 30 minute walk away! Convenience shop is also to the next camp site so it is ideal If you like your peace and quiet as not so many people around especially familys with children! My only niggle is that the WiFi is awful and I could not get any connection at all without purchasing it then they only offered 2 hours 3 days or 14 days so a bit annoying really and a bit expensive at £7.00 for 3 days! Apart from that I enjoyed my stay and think there will be many more!
