We found the site easily following instructions forwarded by Hoseasons team. The setting is beautiful and the site well kept. Bookkng in was straightforward albeit with the added measures in view of the Covid19 pandemic.
We were directed to our caravan Conwy121 , parking is tight aside of the caravan for large vehicles. The hot tub was, as we were advised, unavailable on our first night as the temperature was too low having been deep cleaned for our safety. That was a shame but unavoidable if the previous caravan occupants had only departed that morning.
The caravan was sealed with a sticker on arrival stating that it had been cleaned for our safety during the Covid19 pandemic. On breaking the seal and entering the caravan all looked neat and tidy.
We had 3 children in our party and booked and paid extra for a travel cot and hight chair. They were placed in the entrance. Sadly when expanded the travel cot did not fit in any of the bedrooms! I rang reception to explain the predicament and was advised that most people put the travel cot in the lounge area. I explained that the adults would wish to sit in the lounge area at night once the little ones had settled off to bed therefore putting our 1 year old in her cot in the lounge was unacceptable. The only solution to avoid this scenario was to remove one of the beds. The double bed was fine but the singles are only fit for young children. There isn't enough room to walk easily between the 2 camp sized beds on what are classed as twin rooms. Very uncomfortable, small and lumpy.
We weren't expecting The Ritz but for almost £700 for 4 nights we did expect more comfort than was offered.
The site staff that attended daily to check the hot tub were really friendly and courteous.
Grass had been cut around the caravans which walked into the caravan on everyone's feet. Nothing in the caravan to effectively clean up other than a small soft dust pan and brush. We bought a stiff brush to keep on top of the floors. I think they should be provided.
As for the deep cleaning for our safety. Due to a high seasonal wasp and fly presence we used fly spray. When wiping the high level surfaces we noted far more than light dust settlement. All air vents were choked with thick dust , lights in the kitchen coated with small dead flies and the expelair was greasy. Not what one would expect when we had arrived an hour later than usual booking in time to accommodate the extra attention to cleanliness.
The site is pretty the views spectacular but our caravan was tired, cramped and very close to adjacent vans. We wouldn't visit again for the reasons noted. A shame when much anticipated.

Me and my husband have just returned from a long weekend stay at Tan Rallt Holiday Park.
We stayed in a 'dulas' caravan, which is advertised as being suitable for up to 6 people. There was plenty of room for just the two of us but I really do think a family of 6 would struggle, it should definitely be a maximum of 4.
The caravan wasn't as clean as I had expected it to be, especially as we had an email informing us that they were taking extra measures with the cleaning due to covid-19. The carpet clearly hadn't been hovered, we had to sweep the kitchen floor and wipe down the window ledges ourselves.
We were also disappointed as the gym and spa was closed, we specifically chose to stay in a 'dulas' caravan as you got a free pass to the gym and spa with this accommodation, if we had known they would be closed we would have just stayed in a Bala and saved ourselves some money.
The only other negative with the caravan was the mattress, I could literally feel every single spring it was that thin - I hope they replace them soon.
The positives are the views from the park are absolutely breath taking, when we arrived on the Friday the weather was glorious, the terrace up the stairs by The Cliffs is a real sun trap so we really enjoyed spending our evening there.
The staff behind the bar were super friendly, their customer service was second to none and the food we had at the The Cliffs was really nice as well.
It was a lovely touch that we were provided with a kitchen towel, washing up liquid and a sponge for washing up the dishes, this came in handy across the weekend :)
The park is in a fab location right near Colwyn Bay and Pensarn beach but you're also not amongst the hustle and bustle - the park is lovely and peaceful.
On the whole there were positives and negative to our stay but we did have a nice time at Tan Rallt and it was lovely to get away for a few days.

Well what can we say exceptional and amazing views, service and hospitality. We booked last minute and Sam couldn’t be anymore accommodating she literally was brilliant. Upon arrival we were late and greeted by the kind, helpful and respectable security guard who informed us where the nearest supermarket was and showed us to our lodge.
We stayed in the sunrise lodge it was literally home from home. We have two young children and a large dog. Although we had our own dog bed and bowls the owners provided these should you forget. The lodge was exceptionally clean, beautiful, tidy and everything you needed with two children. The patio area was ideal as you could see for miles and was great for the children to watch the sheep and tractors in the field. It also had table and chairs, should you want a bbq all you do is ask and they will provide this for you. The lodge itself has fully functioning WiFi so was great as the children could watch Netflix to relax. The beds were really comfortable with bedding and towels supplied. You can control your own heating for the cooler nights and do any washing so you don’t have to take dirty laundry home. In addition you can park your car right outside the lodge. They provide a few basics to keep you going such as tea, coffee, small milks and tea towel and sponge with washing up liquid. They even provided dishwasher tablets and a couple of pods for the washing machine should you forget. All they ask is that you leave the lodge as you find it which is the least they can ask. We recommend this lodge to anyone either with or without a dog. It’s secure and out of the way should you have noisy children like our two. Unfortunately we were unable to try the restaurant, gym, spa and park as we literally didn’t have time or due to restrictions beyond they’re control but we will be doing on our next visit.
This holiday is perfect for families who want a more relaxed break to enjoy some real family time.

Our family spent Easter 2022 at Tan Rallt, in the Valley View lodge. This is a fully honest review, two of our family are owners at the park and we wanted the others to join us, so we hired out a lodge for the weekend.
The lodge itself is stunning, sat at the front of the park with an unhindered view of the surrounding farmland and hills. Many hours were spent watching the cattle in the sunshine and just slowing down to a more gentle pace, away from the frenetic pace of home and work.
The lodge has two bedrooms, located either side if a main centre lounge/kitchen area. The bedrooms are spacious, each have en-suite facilities. The main bedroom has a king size double bed and the other has two full sized single beds. A large 60" flat screen TV graces the living area, which was great for the FA Cup semi finals that weekend!
The spa pool sits flush in the full width, south facing decking. When the sun is out, you've got a nice private space for sun bathing and using the jacuzzi.
We all used the restaurant at the Cliffs for fish & chips on Friday and a full Sunday lunch too. We have a couple of dogs, so we sat outside under the heated and covered seating area at the large tables it has. The food was fabulous and enjoyed by all. Portions were generous and tasty, we all had something different for Sunday lunch and there were clean plates all-round, always a vote of confidence.
The youngest in our party enjoyed the Easter egg hunt on Sunday morning, organised by Sam in Reception. Well attended by all of the families on the park over the weekend, everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly. With a chocolate egg for each child at the end of the hunt, it was really well done.
With a fun quiz in the bar on Sunday evening, it rounded off what was a fabulous family weekend for us all.
Tan Rallt is a quieter type of park in a rural location. The facilities mean that you don't really need to leave the park area if you just want to chill, but if you want to explore the wider area it's only a short drive to the coast and all of the entertainment that it offers.
The park is clean, well-tended and the accommodation spotless on arrival.
Overall a fantastic short break over the bank holiday at an amazing North Wales rural park.

Came on holiday with partner, daughter and a couple of friends. The park was situated in a beautiful location with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. When we arrived we checked the "Lodge" and found alot of dust that had clearly built up over a few weeks (definitely not a few days worth as I could easily see it, the inside of the microwave was filthy along with the inside of the fridge freezer, staff were extremely helpful getting someone to come and re clean the "covid secure" property. We also had to have a maintenance man come down to fix the pipes on the sink as they had been improperly fitted and caused a rather bad leak when draining the sink, again extremely helpful and apologised alot. The staff were so helpful that it was hard to be annoyed by it so big thanks to them they are a credit to the place.
The restaurant on the other hand is what let it down for me, the pulled pork starter was very basic and not at all what I was expecting, the steak I ordered rare came blue with waht tasted like a packet pepper sauce mixed with toffee and smothered in garlic butter? the chips were amazing to be fair. I got the apple and cinnamon tart was lacking in flavour ie cinnamon. The menu was very 10-15 years ago along with the presentation, no vegan options available and only 2 vegetarian options for starters and 1 for a main. I was also very surprised to not see any chefs specials, the menu could be so much more and with all the farms and locally sourced ingredients abundant I'm so surprised they don't capitalise on it. Again the staff that served us were excellent and so friendly and helpful it was amazing
A small play park is available also with 2 swings, a slide, small climbing logs and rugby/football posts with beautiful views over the area.
I can't falt the staff we spoke with at all, I sadly didn't get anyones names but the lady with the rainbow heart face mask was so helpful as was both the man who fixed the pipes and the gent who maintaines the hot tubs on a morning, the barman who helped us with a whisky selection was so helpful and knew his drinks and provided an excellent service along with the waiting on staff you were all fantastic and honestly you are what won me over 5/5 for you guys on that front

We have stayed at Tan Rallt holiday park every year since 2016 and this time was our sixth visit. We have stayed in various caravans and lodges over the years and this time we decided to stay in the Sunrise view lodge which is at the top of the park and the views from its large private decked patio are amazing. The holiday park is beautifully kept and we have always had such a lovely relaxing time.
The lodge was spotlessly clean, and we felt completely covid safe. There are two good sized bedrooms, one with an ensuite and a main bathroom has a bath. The living room and kitchen are open plan and the whole place has a light and airy feel.
The first evening we were there we had to call the maintanence man out because there was an awfull smell coming from the main bathroom, he came straight away and after putting something down the two plug holes and the toilet the smell went away after an hour and we could get on with enjoying the peace and quiet we had come away for.
Everything was fine until Thursday afternoon, we came back from a trip to Colwyn Bay and as we entered the lodge the smell just hit you, it was worse than before and we had to go and sit outside on the patio while we waited for the maintenance man. He tried his very best to figure out where the rancid smell was coming from. After an hour he came to the conclusion that he would need to call the experts and a plumber would come the next day, He told me he had logged the problem with reception and when i checked out in the morning to mention it to them again. So the following morning i went to hand the key in and i mentioned the problems we had to the lady on recepion. Well, i was shocked by her uncaring attitude to the problems we'd had.
We had been there for three days and we'd had to call maintanence out twice and sit outside for over an hour while we aired the place out! Not really what you want to be doing when on holiday!

Just got back from a girls weekend break. The caravan had plenty of room for 6 (8 berth x3 bedrooms). However it was a bit dated, the patio furniture was OK but not luxury as stated on the post. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we only had 4 patio chairs and when asked if we could have an extra 2 they were there before I even returned back from the. reception! We had 2 meals at the Cliff restaurant, Saturday evening and the Sunday lunch which was perfect! Again, one meal (steak) was too salty and when we mentioned it to the staff the cost was removed from the bill! We still returned on the Sunday as the food was amazing, 3 courses both days. The setting is lovely with amazing views. I would say perfect for couples and friends, not somewhere I would take my grandchildren or elderly parents with mobility issues as very steep walk to restaurant. Overall we had a fab time!

My husband and I decided to try a static caravan holiday instead of our usual tent. The site is lovely well kept and very quiet. I think for us young 60 Yr old it was abit too quiet and long way off the beaten track for us. The caravan was immaculate the one down side 118 doesn't have a curtain at the bathroom window so I had to wait for the gardener to pass before I could leave the shower cubicle. I also think the numbering of the plot should be more obvious placing it on the shed at the back is no good. Might I finally suggest the wooden patio furniture be varnished so bird poo can be wiped off without leaving too wet of a seat. There should be a drop off box for keys we had to wait for an hour for reception to open so we could leave key, so much for an early start.

Very cramped, flimsy caravans and very noisy at night. The caravan next door had a hot tub that made a loud buzzing noise 24/7. WiFi did not work and was not free as advertised all over the website.
After two days we got moved to another caravan which at least had working wifi but constant thumping sounds and distant voices at night ruined what was left of our holiday.
The staff are polite and the landscapes are pretty but I can't possibly recommend the cheaper (Bala) caravans.
Will never be using this site again.

+1
Amazing country holiday park.
I would 100% recommend this site to all. The site is a mile inland from Llandulas, Abergele and is just stunning.
The site staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you.
I will have a try at naming a few!
Sam/Sophia/ Sarah booking in staff/reception desk and Sarah is also the housekeeper over the rental vans. Nothing was too much trouble for these girls and they recommended places to visit off site.
The bar staff/waiters/waitresses. I think the head bar manager is Marcus (I could be wrong) great service with a friendly smile from all)
Chefs/food was delicious. we had a beef and a lamb Sunday dinner and on a separate occasion had the rib eye steak ( cooked exactly to my liking med/rare).
We got chatting to Jeff and AJ ( grounds men) who keep the site beautifully maintained.
Gareth the sales adviser was a lovely guy too. He showed us a few caravans after we asked about holiday home ownership. ( He wasn’t the usual pushy sales person) He was happy to chat about the site and show us a few vans. He was also at the quiz night held on site ( helping the other staff where needed)
Lastly, I had a massage with the resident Spa therapist (Victoria)
I had a hot stone massage and a facial. Pure bliss. Victoria asked about my needs and then used the perfect pressure for me.
Again she wasn’t totally pushy which is the reason I will be back for a massage when I can.
A truly great relaxing STAYCATION!

Hi Joanne, thank you for your question! I'm afraid we do not. However, there are a number of local laundrettes that are open and easily accessible from the park by car.
There’s free wi fi that you can connect too all over the site. I also think you can buy a faster wi fi also
