The Villa is located in a wonderful quiet location away from the noisy mainroad. The garden is beautiful and well looked after. The surroundings of rice fields gives the villa a special atmosphere. The room was spotless clean and the interior is high quality and tasteful decorated. The Bed is very comfortable and we had an amazing sleep. The Staff was very welcoming, friendly and most helpful in any possible way. The hot tub and toiletries in the bathroom are another great edition. Breakfast is freshly cooked Nasi with vegetables. I didn't want to leave and would love to spend more time there as its great to explore the surrounding attractions around the lake. Thank you so much! for having us!

The place is only a very short ride away from the main road. Apartments and bathroom are clean and well equipped. Owner is kind, and the dinner/breakfast is also very delicious. Pura Ulun Danu temple and many waterfalls are close, so good place to start discovering the area.

놘 – My husband and I booked this place for one night for 1 night for three times the price we payed to stay in Ubud for 3 nights just because we thought that after so much sightseeing in and around Ubud, this can be a place to relax , meditate and unwind but we were SO wrong! The property was no doubt nicely made and beautiful but it is surrounded by too many chickens in neighbourhood who do not shut up for even 5 minutes which makes it difficult for you to rest. I couldn't sleep for even 1 hour and fell sick. Apart from this, there were rats too making sound right next to our bed and huge lizards crawling in from holes of this wooden cottage with no sound insulation. To top it all, the breakfast was terrible. It was a small portion of noodles for me and 2 toast with 1 fried egg for husband (though he asked for omlette) we were served 1 glass of watermelon juice and when my husband asked for 1 more (because we made a booking for two people), he was curtly denied any drink with his breakfast. Right from the beginning the experience was bad. During check in the room was still not clean so we had to wait. There was no cook and the caretaker said that we can find food in cafes/restaurants outside but the location is such that you cannot really find any good restaurants outside. So for dinner, we actually just had cup noodles from a supermart . We paid so much for this stay only to get very terrible services. The bath tub would just not get filled up because there was some leakage. So the one thing i was really looking forward to after the longest night of my life was also disappointing ! Upon politely expressing my feedback to the manager and owner, i did not even get a decent reply from them. The owner replied after 3 days saying "you people are crazy i don't like". He replied after he saw the review we left for him on booking.com. Worst host ever who doesn't even have the decency to accept and acknowledge the flaws in his property. I will never recommend this stay to anyone.…

Pros: -The place is in a village surrounded by fields and only 400 meters to the main road, so easy to reach -The room is spacious, modern with a high ceiling. -The bathroom decoration is great with a bathtub -There are only 4 villas so no big crowds or noise -The staff is helpful Cons -400 meters walk from the main road can be challenging if you are afraid of dogs as there are many of them and barking forever. They do not attack people but constant barking can make people stressed. -The roosters next to the villa are singing 7/24 and sometimes make it impossible to sleep, so bring earpods. The cons of the place are results of locating in a village so can be ignored. It is a nice place and far from Bedugul's crowds. Nice choice if you want to spend the night in local village.…

This small and cozy villa style resort has very tranquil and zen gardens. Really great view of the vast surrounding greenery and towered by Mt Agung in the horizon. The food here was Awesomely good and the rooms are comfortable while toilets are luxurious with bath tubs. Superb staff, two thumbs up!

if in your fatigue and want something different, you can try this property, it is located in a cool place and does not need air conditioning because of the cold temperatures especially at night. this place is perfect for your family vacation because it only has 4 villas made of wood and has complete toiletries. the service of the staff is extraordinary as if at home, very comfortable. I really like this place, and they also have bicycle facilities for you to get around to the village. And you can also enjoy massage services in the room. For those of you who are vegetarians, vegetarian food here is extraordinary with a reliable cook, can be vegetarian, Chinese food or Balinese. worth a try. on the night of the turn of 2018 to 2019 my family and I stayed here, at night we enjoyed fireworks throughout Bedugul which were affordable for us because the location of this property is very strategic.
