We love staying at Strawberry Hills. The rooms are comfortable. The restaurant is good but the menu and working hours shorter due to covid. Bit surprised that our door didnt lock. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Booked cabins but ended up changing to the glamping tents. Great private area for the two tents and right by the lake. It was a little dated but the staff were super cool and surprisingly professional for a basic place. The owner worked on cruise ships, as did the driver so I guess they (family team) are very well trained. Honestly was tempted to poach the staff.

PROS: The room was spacious, comfy, and quite warm, especially at night when the temperature could go down until 16 - 17 degrees. The mattress warmer was very useful. The hot shower worked well. Breakfast portion was generous and quite tasty, especially the American option. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, two thumbs up for the hospitality. CONS: WiFi was very bad (I stayed at Cabin 1 and it felt sucks because the smart TV in the room was relying on WiFi connectivity. So when the WiFi signal was bad, the TV couldn't work properly.

Pertama kali bekunjung ke tempat ini, tempatnya bagus tp sayang saat order makanan sampe 2 jam baru datang dan saya order mujair nyat nyat nasi nya sedikit mentah.. Kami sangat kecewa dan tidak akan ke sini lagi.. Untuk management tolong tingkatkan pelayanan dong, biar tidak merusak moods orang liburan..

Tempat yang menyenangkan.. kami tidak melakukan booking in advance.. ketika datang di reception info available 1 unit glamping + 1 tent. Karena kami ber 4 dewasa + 1 child kami pikir option yang ideal. Dan karena anak yang sangat ingin camping kami berpikir akan menyenangkan sekali. Reception meminta kami menunggu karena beliau mengantar tamu check in. Kekecewaan muncul ketika reception kembali ternyata menginfokan glamping yg tadi diinfo ke kami diambil oleh tamu yg check in sebelum kami.. mereka minta pindah kamar ceritanya begitu.. mungkin kedepan kalau kasusnya begitu bisa dikomunikasikan dulu dengan tamu yg baru datang.. menghindari kekecewaan seperti yang kami rasakan.. karena kasusnya reception sudah info kamar yg available itu ke kami.. kecewa sekali tapi karena ini sudah last stop kami akhirnya memutuskan mengambil option cabin yang dekat receptionis, jauh dari danau.. 😅😅 semoga kedepan tidak ada tamu yang kecewa lagi.. kami sempat pesan mujair nyat nyat, spagheti carbonara, semua enak banget.. ikannya lumayan besar 😍.. salam sukses selalu..…

Stayed here for a night with friend. It's new cabin, nicely decor, instagramable place. Bit cold at night but they provide electric heated blanket, hot water shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast too. Highly recommended place to stay if you are staying over night in Bedugul area. Can't wait to visit this place again.
