Outside of Mitrovica town, Palace Hotel is a road side Hotel with a good exterior and a average interior. You might feel a bit of disappointment coming inside, but is not as bad as I read in other reviews here. Select your room wisely as you need to consider the noise, the cleaning, the bathroom, whether the plugs work or...

On the positive side, the food...

The hotel itself is falling apart. Everything was broken: chairs, showers, shower cabins, lamps, TV sets, refrigerators, public computer, doors and handles...to the point that nobody complained...

Sorry, but grim. On the outside it looks ok but it just has an overwhelming grimness on the inside. Welcome to the 1970's. Eastern Europe style. I think they mean well but they just don't get it.

“Go for a room at the back of the hotel as the main road to the front is rather noisy.”
UncleBean, 22 Feb 2014 | Read review
“Don't take a room that is the first to the 'hole/staircase/roundabout'. Too noisy, as there are owners/friends/staff laughing and shouting and moving around throughout the night.”
