5* throughout from the rooms to the restaurants, the pools to the bars, the sunbeds to the sea views and beautiful beachfront. Special thanks to Sanna, TUI Rep; so knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Sanna is an island expert and the way she described Zakynthos, we just wanted to know more, so we booked 4 excursions with TUI which were all excellent and really enjoyable: Secrets of Zante, Turtle Island Cruise, Blue Caves and Smugglers Cove Shipwreck and Olympia. After 2 years of COVID-19 restrictions, it's so lovely to feel free to travel with no restrictions and Sanna made such a positive difference to our holiday; we experienced so much more than we expected.

We have visited several of the Tui adults only hotels over the years and this one ranks as one of the best mainly because the staff were so very helpful, cheerful and kind. The variety of food wide ranging, delicious and well presented. The staff in the dining room were professional and helpful. We are a group of 7 friends who for the last 20 years have had a weeks holiday together in May. We all agreed that this was one of the best hotels that we have stayed in.

This was my third visit to the caravel with my mum. Always a wonderful experience. My mum has mobility problems but nothing is too much trouble. The staff will go out of their way to make everything perfect. If you have a problem all you need to do is talk to a member of staff who will do anything to help. Our room was perfect, the food was perfect. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. George the manager will regularly talk to guests to ensure everyone is happy and looked after. The Bar staff work so hard as do the cleaners and groundsmen and all entertainment team. Amazing hotel with lovely staff. You can not go wrong booking this hotel. Just back from a fantastic ten days at this wonderful hotel. We enjoyed it that much we booked again for next year. A beautiful location with lovely views from everywhere you look. Couldn’t fault anything at all to be honest but the main plus point was the staff, from the managers,waiters and waitresses,cleaners etc all made our holiday a very relaxing and enjoyable time. We stayed for 10 nights in June and couldn’t fault this hotel. This was our first visit to Greece.. On arrival we was greeted by friendly staff and shown directly to our room with our cases. Room was lovely and clean. Food and drinks was fabulous. The waiting staff in the restaurant couldn’t do enough for you. Cocktails and drinks in the main bar was lovely and the bar manager and his team was brilliant Hotel entertainment was great .Something for everyone. We loved the Gala night with Elton John tribute and daytime activities was great to Hotel manager was always around and was happily chatting with hotel guests We would definitely recommend and return back Thanks for looking after us so well. Your level of service is above and beyond

Well what can I say... what an absolutely amazing place.Had a private pool sea view room and I just couldn't find one single negative about this hotel. The staff are a credit to this hotel they are absolutely amazing!! Nothing is to much trouble they all work so hard and was always smiling. Our private pool was just fantastic and we are so glad we booked this type of room. The food was just superb. My only wish was I wished we could of stayed longer 😪. Was my first time visiting Greece and I will definitely be back. Credit to you all. Thankyou so much for a fabulous holiday. See you all again. Cheryl haughie

After waiting 3 years for this holiday, like a lot of other people, this trip was fantastic and definitely worth waiting for. The location of the hotel is lovely. The outlook is stunning. The rooms were clean and comfortable, towels changed every day and the beds changed regularly. The food was a good all-inclusive standard. The waiting/drinks staff Aida, Angela (who turned into a Greek dancer on Saturday night!) and all the others were absolutely superb. In fact, all the staff are excellent and the service was so good. Nothing is too much trouble and they definitely go the extra mile. The TUI activities team Lara and Dan are brilliant and so accommodating, they are so friendly and really great fun. Missing them already! We would return in a heartbeat.

Nice hotel located on the beach front, I’ll break it down into different areas Pools 10/10 have great sea views and some times warm enough to feel like a bath, you get the sun all day aswell no shaded spots by buildings. Drinks 8/10 no branded soft drinks, beer & cocktails decent Food 7/10 snack bar good for after noons, breakfast most food is Luke warm and gets repetitive, evening meals were like most buffets decent but nothing to should about. Service 9/10 check in was qwick and efficient, servers are attentive and friendly Location 9/10 plenty of shops bars and restaurants right outside, Abba travel right outside the gates for excursions I would say the hotel is a mix of young couples 20-30 and older couples 40-60. One issue sun beds the hotel advertises no towels on beds but the hotel doesn’t enforce this and most beds are taken by 7-8, I would say the hotel is mostly full at the time of our visit and I would say you probably wouldn’t get a bed if you came down about 10, it’s a shame the hotel doesn’t enforce its own rules as who wants to get up early on your holiday to secure a sun bed ?????????? Overall it’s a nice hotel with great pools and decent food n drink…

Overall, a nice experience at this hotel with friends and family over the course of ten days. What was good? The staff were lovely and attentive. The snack bar served brilliant food, way nicer than the buffet. The general atmosphere was great and my other half certainly enjoyed the evening entertainment! What could improve? The rooms were small and very basic. The sister TUI Zante Maris rooms were so much nicer, we stayed here before. Some family members paid for a swim up room but they got no sun, attention, yet paid the same price. Was no Wi-Fi in rooms, that has to change in the 21st century for a hotel of this standard. Has all the makings of being a great hotel, just needs a few touches here and there. Staff genuinely brilliant.
