Just returned after staying at this complex. We stayed in Mavrias 3 building. It's a bit of a wierd set-up as the reception is actually in the local Patisserie shop. We were greeted by one of the staff from the shop still wearing his apron! The room was clean and had all the basics for self catering, although it lacked... More

☆☆☆☆☆ cleanliness ☆☆☆☆☆ owner ☆☆☆☆☆ spacious ☆☆☆☆☆ well equipped I've been in few different places lately in zante and this has been ☆☆☆☆☆ accommodation after few bad spells in other places. I can't fault this place, by far best value for money - like a little boutique! Doesn't have its own swimming pool but there are tons you can use... More

We actually stayed in Mavrias 2 or Katerina studios. What a lovely lady she was so helpful, loved Tsilivi and would definetly go again. The apt we had was spotlessly clean, the cleaner came evey day. clean towels as needed. apt in good position near bars & restaurants, lovely for walking. about 15 mins from beach.

We stayed here for two weeks in October, was a bit put off by other reviews. How wrong we were. Could not fault the apartment we were allocated. It was clean and tidy and owners were friendly and very helpful. The apartment is situated next to some of best restaurants and tavernas in Tsilivi. Beach is a ten minute walk away... More

It's been stated already, but Mavrias 3 complex bears no resemblance to the professional photos or Thomas Cook site. That said, it was very pleasant - rooms are basic but modern and clean, and better than many similarly-priced self-catering establishments in Greece. It's just behind the main drag in the nicest part of Tsilivi and overlooking an orchard and olive... More

Myself and my husband (Nick) needed a well deserved and overdue holiday. I used to live in Greece for 10 years and moved back to the UK 4 years ago, this was to be my first time back since and I had never been to Zante. I wanted value for money but knowing that the standards in Greece can be... More

We booked to stay here for a week and were a bit dubious based on some reviews. We were so wrong! The apartments we stayed in were fantastic, kept clean everyday and quiet. The hotel that we shared facilities with is modern, clean and serves great breakfast. Overall it is a lovely resort, with wonderful facilities and a friendly service.... More

As mentioned by others the rooms are not the pictures you see online. However, we booked late and as we were s/c we didn't mind the basic nature of them. The cleaner was lovely and would do anything to help. The staff at the pool bar/food area are amazing. They made us feel so welcome and we were very sad... More

We are a family of 6 who stayed at the Mavrias village apartments in Tsilivi late August 2014. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and 1 studio apartment. On arrival at 6am in the morning we were greeted by the owner Kyriakos who had arranged free transport from the airport. The apartments were very clean, spacious and well equipped. We had... More

I would advise anyone who is considering Mavrias 1 to seriously reconsider. I was put into a room above the owners house, which is located on the busy main road, constant traffice/music noise from 6 am until 2.30 am. The balcony doors are only single glazed so the noise isnt masked in any way. The facilities are primitive to say... More
