This is not a 5 star hotel resort From the time we arrived nothing was working from the room to food All inclusive ( you have to go to Caribbean islands ) to see how it works This place is working like restaurants 3 meals a day After 11pm you have to buy drinks no food of any kind We arrived at 11 pm two cold sandwiches was left for us Not the room we booked Room attendant very nice 👍 Front desk and manager not No activity at hotel 15 min walked to the beach Close to restaurant and bars only good Never stay again in this place there many beautiful hotel on this island Nice pool but no no place to lay down always occupied by 6 AM
Was clean but No access to sea and beach, no facilities, extra acitivities. It is really boring spending all the time on the pool. Stuff not helpfull always said no, it is not possible just to not move. Food like nightmare, not fresh, not greek, no flavour, no control. We got virus more then 20 people. I will never come back there. I dont recommend.
We were staying 08.09 - 08.16 a gold ring was stolen from the cosmetic room cleaner. The hotel does not communicate, does not help to solve the problem. It seems that he tolerates theft as an employee. I don't recommend it.
I don't know why the people are complaining. you got what you've paid for. Our room was cleaned every day, and the nice cleaning lady changed towels every day and she was smiling every time. Food - if you want real Greek food you can go and eat at tavernas ( we did it once and the food was great- Mikri Akropoli). In hotel restaurant was a variety of dishes, cereals/crêpes/ fruit/ice cream...you can choose different each time. I can agree that coffee was the worst thing, and you know what you can expect from soft drinks. Polish bartender was unpleasant and he made very alkoholic drink and just pour soda just for the colour. When I have asked for less alkohol he said : not my problem. Didn't like his behaviour. I am polish but please, give some respect to the others especially when you're at work and it's your job.. girls from pool bar are really nice and make good drinks :) our room was ok, toilet was so high and it was strange :P view from the balcony - nice. I was glad to be there.…
Never ever! We have lost one day waiting our rooms to be cleaned. Some "baksis", 20 EUR tip helped us to get our rooms somehow earlier, from 9:00 am to 14:30 pm. Real "balkan" mentality... All inclusive means watery cocktails as well as soft drinks. It is my first time to write a negative comment but let me be honest...
We arrived at 9 am and didnt get our room until past 2 pm we were very tired because we didnt sleep all night because of our flight but they didnt care and every time we asked them when our room is finished they said they didnt know but they didnt even look on the computer. The drinks are very bad. We got iced coffe and you could taste that the milk was watered down and another drink tasted like Mouthwash .We also went up to our room and the cleaning lady was in front of the room on her phone doing nothing and as we asked if the room was ready it still wasnt . The Hotel wasnt worth it
Very bad noise isolation! paper walls! when someone goes to wc, talks, listens music and party and so on it sounds like they do it in our room. 6 am is normal for cleaning ladies to clean a room near by, they talk loudly, pushing furnitures and manager says it is normal.we talked with manager she did nothing.. it feels like it is a season peek and they do not care about customers, thats very sad because we asked for help,we are here for 5 nights now and no sleep… We still left few nights but we are aTIRED and this is our honey moon!!! beautiful enviroment but thats not enough for 5 star hotel… if you can choose different hotel-do it, because there you will not rest.. we have recordings how bad you can here other rooms. P.S. 5 days in a row asked for room change and only when I told them that I will give a bad review they slide a letter under the door with complimentary one hour to be in indoor pool… it is a joke!!!!…
The hotel is nice, tidy. Rooms are spacious and clean. deficiency- lack of sunbeds by the pool, 9 in the morning all occupied. Access to the sea is very inconvenient, the beach is only over the size of a bed. Had to walk about 1 km to the sandy beach. The staff are helpful, only the light haired girl by the pool is working during the day very dissatisfied with everything. , must be heard before ordering something angrily in Greek. You felt guilty for ordering a drink.
The hotel is located in a nice city with a lot of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. It's also not that far away from city Zakynthos. When it comes to the hotel almost everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spaceful, with comfortable bed and big balcony. The AC worked great, so did the internet. Food was also good. There were different options to choose from almost every day. Snacks in the pool bar were also tasty with options such as ice cream, pizza, fries, nuggets and more. My only complain would be the taste of drinks in the bar, because sometimes they tasted a little too watery. But we didn't drink that much, so it didn't bother us a lot. In conclusion, I really recommend this hotel to everyone. Especially couples that don't mind children playing around the pool ;)…
It is sad to say, but this hotel is far away from 5 stars. Booking.com rates of 5 stars are made by the hotel himself valuating people rates average so don’t believe in it. This place could have 3 stars, not more. The best thing there - helpful and nice staff and clean rooms, which were cleaned every day. Rooms are small. Even at booking.com you can find bad opinion about small rooms. Wifi ir very slow, but it is all island problem. Tv has only few chanels to offer. Restaurant looks like a big hall to eat as children have in schools:( Meal was terrible, meat, even with sousce - dry, pancakes - like gummy bears, coffee - terrible, not from beans. Cocktails at pool bar were poor quality - pourly alcohol and cocktails, which are far away from the real taste, just a name:) I was shocked when we arrived at reception, despite hotel presents about it’s renovation in 2019, main furniture was owful - leather immitation sofas were all with ruined surfaces as restaurant chairs too. Little parts of furniture leather were sticking on body and clothers. We ordered this hotel via ITAKA agency, but I think I made mistake not to check rates and comments in TripAdvisor. I think we overpaid a lot. And we were told by other visitors - 5 stats in Greece is not the same as in other south Europe countrys. It is more likely turkish or Egypt 5 stars.…
