We were upgraded to a bigger 'apartment' style room for free. Great clean place, with working facilities. They had 2 pools, and we chilled out at the adults only one. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was good.

I visited this hotel with my wife in October this year choosing it as a Jet 2 package holiday which turned out to be less expensive as are usual Jet 2 flight + Apartment cost. The hotel proved to be exactly what we wanted. A small basic room which was spotlessly clean with all the facilities one would expect. A...

We spent 9 days in this hotel recently. The rooms were equipped with fridge which is always useful to cool your beers! Also cleaned every day and towels were changed which was great. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. Although i came across the rudest staff that worked in restaurant who really made a huge negative affect on...

We spent 7 nights here in September and I can say it was very pleasurable, the rooms were big and airy with TV but you did need to pay for WiFi in your room although free WiFi was available by the bar beside the restaurant. The breakfast was good but the evening meal was bland and the poolside food was...

We have been coming here for about 7 yrs. now. The hotel is perfectly situated and looks lovely on arrival. The superior rooms are roomy and balcony's look out onto the pool. It is really clean. However, it is looking very shabby now. They have run out of umbrellas round the pool and you can only get served at the...

I would rate this hotel just below 4* as it needs some TLC especially around the buildings and some decor in the rooms. The rooms were spacious, clean with good Aircon. The fridge was old but worked. Only Sky News in English on TV. Wifi only in the Bar area but we found out on our last day that you...

Nice rooms around swimming pool, but you have to pay extra for wifi, breakfast, etc. Some mould in the room and urine smell. Half a bad and the hot water was finished. Two stars. Not four. Staff friendly.

Just spent 2 weeks here as two couples with bed and breakfast. Hotel rooms nice and clean with air conditioning and fridge. Clean towels every day. Nice pool areas with plenty of shade although pool bar beer prices are probably the highest in Luz which explains few takers. Very close to centre and plenty of nice restaurants. Free wifi near...
