    Disappointing visit
    We have visited before but this apartment is my least favourite one requested block c on first floor but have been allocated a ground floor in block a wished we hadn’t sent an email to have a certain apartment

    Fantastic staff both front of house and house keeping, evry thing is offered on site but you are near to all the other things Luz has to offer, the sea is only a short walk away , and all the diftent sorts of restarunts you would need

    My husband has difficulty walking up hills. Is the hill up to the hotel steep and are taxis readily available
    It is on a slight hill, the hotel will call a taxi for you

    Hi, please can someone advise me if there are cots in the rooms? Many thanks Claire
    Ours did not, but I don’t know if they’re not available on request or not. Best to call them to be sure. BTW - love this place!

    Hi, is it worth hiring a car if you are staying here. From previous answers the fare from hotel isn't cheap and a car might work out just as much. Just concerned how much we can do with the car and our 2 year old.
    Yes a car is good if you need to go to other towns likeFaro or someplace if you stay put onLuz you don’t need a car

    Are you allowed pets on the complex
    As another poster has said you see the odd cat. I have seen the odd small dog on a balcony but they aren't paraded around the complex.so I'd imagine it is "smuggled" in and out.

    What hours is the indoor pool/jacuzzi open? And is there a minimum age requirement to use them?

    "We missed out on the Christmas Lunch as we hadn’t booked in advance. I recommend booking a table early for Christmas and special occasions."
