When visiting relatives in this small village there is no other hotel but this one. This hotel was not inexpensive, but should be! Our room was very small with two narrow beds (much more narrow than a twin sized bed in the USA) and a compact bathroom. There was a tiny desk in the corner with one chair. The room...

Typical budget business hotel. Room was fine and clean, bathroom had a nice shower. I was late for breakfast, but the friendly receptionist brought me out a selection of cheese, yoghurt, crackers and croissant with butter anyway. There is no receptionist at night, so if you arrive late make sure to phone ahead and get the pin-code for the night...

A small comfortable hotel. Fresh french croissants for breakfast. Great place to stay if you are visiting the university or the scientific center nearby. 30 minutes to the center of Paris by RER B line.

I had 2 days of meetings at CNRS on the plateau and this hotel worked well for that. Because it's in the small town of Gif, it's much quieter than nearby Paris and you get a bit more space for the money than you would in Paris. The room (esp. the shower) is small by American standards, but that's to...
