We stayed 2 nights and while we felt we were staying in somebody else's private house (which it is) we thoroughly enjoyed the host's friendly welcome Tea on arrival!), hospitality, comfortable and wonderfully quiet room (looking out towards the Loch) and the excellent breakfasts. The walk to the pub across the fields takes about 15 mins and a good torch...

We had a one night stay in a lovely family room. Our host was friendly and extremely welcoming in this beautiful relaxed environment. Very dog friendly with lovely walks around. The breakfast was well presented and delicious and our tea with millionaire shortbread on arrival was a nice touch. Well worth a visit.

We stayed for 1 night B&B with our small dog and were made very welcome. Our room looked out towards the sea, a beautiful view and very comfortable bed! Breakfast was excellent and during our stay nothing was too much trouble. Lovely friendly host, stunning house in a beautiful location! Would recommend for a warm welcome and local hospitality!

This was our favorite place to stay during a two-week Scotland trip: the hosts were friendly and helpful, the house attractive with lots of antique furniture and old books, and the surrounding nature beautiful. Just a short walk away through fields is the village of Kilmelford--at a church at the end of the grass path we were invited in to...

The estate house is situated in a big garden, and only a 15 min walk along fields away to the pub. Melissa is a very friendly...

This is a charming and delightful house where we received the warmest of welcomes from owners Alistair and Melissa; perfect hosts indeed. Mum & I really enjoyed being here, thanks to the welcome we experienced from our hosts. They lit an open fire just for us, tea, scones & wine to revive us in the evening with electric blankets warming on our return each night. Our twin ensuite room suited us well and we loved a proper long, deep bath. We don't...
