Good ambiance, basic restaurant. Hotel offers B&B as well as Full Board options. Internet was good to download mail. Due to security you have to eat your meals in the restaurant. Staff is nice and very helpful.

I did not have much leisure while at the facility. Some leakage here or there. Air-conditioner failures making the stay unbearable for human being. Food was lovely but service poor. Nice conference facility

At Royal Palace Hotel, there is only one masseuse working. Massages you can have are very simple but it is one of the best you can find in Juba.
