This stay was exactly what we wanted. Total seclusion and relaxation. The hut we stayed in was very basic, but we knew this was going to be the case and it added to the experience. It was right on the beach front which was lovely. We enjoyed lying in the hammock, looking out at the sea. Chaz, Jen and Julia... More

Great hideaway place. The owner met us in Dapa and took us to East Boca Grande Island where the resort is. Run by a friendly family, the cabins are right on the beach. Spent two nights here, the one full day was spent simply watching the tide go in and out. Great food too at reasonable prices.

If you want a place to relax and take it easy then this is the place to go. The food is about 200-250 a plate but it's a big serving and tastes amazing. There is all you can eat coconuts which are delicious. Keep in mind the boat is 500p per person per trip. There is also no wifi or... More

We were a group of 6 friends and we really enjoyed our three days at the resort! Our favourite thing was Jennifer's cuisine for sure!! She was also the nicest host along with Chas you can imagine, and had everything taken care of. Their friends who help at the property were also extremely lovely and we enjoyed their company a... Nice rustic accommodation and very good food breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chas is a great host and also knows how to feel to make the beer cold and filled. Free fresh coconut drinks... More

Tarzan's is a paradise and a perfect place to go if you're looking for peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. I spent wonderful days in a cottage right by the water. The cottage itself was really nice and clean, with a bathroom and even a fridge. The hosts (Chas and Jen) are great, they really made me feel at home.... More

We had an amazing time staying in the beach side bungalo. There are literally miles of deserted beaches just off of the small resort grounds. Chas will take you to all of the local breaks that know-one else is able to get to. If you aren't up for surfing you can snorkel the reef right infront of the resort or... More

Tarzans Resort is the perfect spot to be lost in time in a tropical setting. I arrived by boat after a flight from Cebu and was immediately enraptured by the tropical hills, coconut trees, and deserted white sand beach. I stayed in an open air bungalo, or nipa hut as they say in the Philippines, right along the ocean. The... More
