Great hotel, especially when decorated for Christmas. Kind of far from attractions in Washington if that is what you are looking for but location on the river is fantastic and beautiful. We found eating in the hotel prohibitively expensive do do often but there is a store with groceries across the street.

Dear Deborah N, Thank you for your candid review of our property. It is always a pleasure to hear that at the lengths we go through to provide our guests with a stunning display during the holidays, that it is well received. It’s also just as comforting to hear that you were able to get out and view the surrounding...

If you want the best of both worlds of staying at a luxury resort that is a city within a city, while being a short distance from a large metropolis, this is the place for you! Exquisite, lush, all-encompassing are some of the best words to describe the Gaylord in National Harbor, MD. This is probably one of the nicest...

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of the accommodations here. Since we were staying for a volleyball tournament, I really was not expecting such a nice facility. Excellent customer service at every turn. The rooms felt new, clean and roomy. The common grounds were also quite spacious and well maintained. My only complaint would be that they were not...

I stayed here for a conference for a total of four nights. The room was comfortable enough but relatively standard for a "nice" hotel room. Nothing to write home about. I had one lumpy pillow amongst my pile of four and my roommate had a slightly mildewly smelling pillow amongst her pile. Did we complain? Nah -- there were plenty...

My wife had a conference here for three days, and we brought the kids with us. We had a wonderful time. This place is amazing...beautiful atrium with an awesome water fountain and the people are so nice and helpful. Luxury would be the correct word for any all aspect of this convention center. National Harbor is just as beautiful as...

Overview: We stayed at this resort for a conference and when I asked for an Atrium room was told that it would be extra, as the conference rooms were just supposed to be the standard room and not deluxe. The friendly lady that was helping us could evidently see that we were slightly disappointed and was able to give us...

I stayed here with my wife for six days for a combination conference and vacation. At $200.00 for a special rate it still wasn't worth it. Five aditional taxes and a resort fee took us to nearly $250.00 and my company paid ....but it still wasn't worth it. Major complaints were the lack of anything comfortable to sit on and...

This place is huge. They have everything you could need right here in the building. Many restaurants, tons of conference and ballroom space, a spa and more. The view from the atrium window of the Potomac is beautiful and from the upper floors windows you can see some DC monuments. The rooms are clean and spacious, and overall quiet. The...

Large hotel on the water. The area around it has been built up to accommodate the hotel. Lots of decent restaurants and bars. The hotel is kept well and the rooms were always clean and tidy. There is an enormous amount of conference space, so if you are looking for a quiet get away, this is not for you. Restaurants...

This hotel nickel and dimes for most everything. 1. The $18 a day resort fee. The resort fee doesn't appear to be optional. It covers such things as access to the fitness center, access to the spa, a very restrictive coupon book(more on this later), wireless internet and two bottles of water. Booking the spa still has to be done...
