I'm sure this was nice in 1990, location's great right at the beach, friendly staff, super girl working at the pool, after this there is nothing good about the hotel.. Gym - old, small, warm water, no aircon... WIFI - Don't even try it, it's from 1990. And everything is really expensive, a 25 cl coke 5 Euros?!? Breakfest ok

Summary: There are so many small things wrong with this place that it will take some explaining. I will get to that litany shortly. However, my foremost point is that everyone with whom we dealt with at the hotel; reception staff, waiters, pool attendants, bartenders, and even maintenance people were helpful, pleasant, obliging, and were truly trying to do a...

The greeting at reception on arrival was flawless and personal. After making our way to the room it started to become obvious the hotel needs some tlc by the owners. The lifts were extremely slow, the air conditioning did not cool the room below 26.5 c and there is obviously water saving shower heads installed. Once in the restaurant for...

What ever you read here, positive reviews or replies of hotel management or see some pretty pictures, don't be deceived, this hotel is a trash. Bad hygiene, bad room isolation, bad meals, outdated furniture and everything else.Stay away from it!

We stay at this Grand Hotel every year on the way to Bologna. It is a classy 1900s Hotel that has been renovated many times and every year we find new additions to add quality to the interiors. The location facing the sea is awesome, as are the grown and elegant centenary Palm trees in front of it. It is...

Very noisy could hear everything in the next room, very outdated, WiFi hardly ever worked. Food was very expensive and tasteless and tasted as it was prepared days before. Sweets tasted stale. No customer service, one girl at the front was helpful the later end of our stay. It must have been Grand once upon a time!

Having read the reviews, and looked at the pictures online, we were really looking forward our stay on the Italian Riviera. Reality, though, was a poor experience. There were so many things that went wrong, so here they are in order: 1. Being told that you're in the tower on the left, take the lift to the third floor, walk...

On line it looked a nice treat to stay here in the middle of my visit to Arenzano's famous architect, however the reality fell far short. I was given a simple, shabby room on a fourth floor walk up. The bathroom plumbing seemed quite historic. The only high point was the view from an unsign-posted roof terrace. Wifi was available...

The hotel is located on the sea with the beach across the main road and is central to Arenzano. Breakfast was ok but coffee quality and jugs were poor and dirty. Service at breakfast was busy and hasty with poorly trained staff. A mediocre hotel which is need of proper renovation and upgrading. Wifi server was very slow and they...
