My family of 5 have stayed here in June 5 times. The accommodation is second to none. Really spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and are serviced every day. The selection of pools around the resort is fantastic. The main pool is where all the entertainment is and the animation team work hard to make sure everyone enjoys themselves. Since new owners have taken over this year, there were improvements made everywhere (not that many were needed).
There is a free shuttle several times a day to it’s own private beach, where there’s a bar/restaurant included in your all-in package.
There’s a few water slides which are great for kids and adults, playground and football pitch. The table tennis does need to be upgraded and put in a better location as it isn’t great outdoors due to sun and wind.
The other pools around the complex are beautiful with lovely views of the sea in the distance and are serviced by their own bars where lunch is also available.
The main restaurant which is buffet, has a varied selection of food. Personally, I love Turkish food so was in food heaven, but they also cater for the plain eaters…chips, pizza, burgers, roast dinners.
The spa is very reasonably priced and I would recommend getting a Turkish scrub and massage. Very relaxing.
There’s a kids disco every evening for the little ones, followed by a show for the family afterwards. Most of the shows are excellent, particularly the fire show! These take place in the outdoor amphitheatre which is spacious and comfortable.
They also had entertainment at the stage down near the pools where they did karaoke a few nights! Great craic!
Drinks are served throughout the day and well into the early hours. Unfortunately, the cocktails are a mix of local cheap spirits and syrups which are very sweet or really bitter. Not to my taste. But they do a nice gin and tonic and the beer is also quite good.
On-site there are a few shops, the clothes shop is excellent value and the shoe shop and bag shop, although I didn’t buy anything from them, our friends did and said they were delighted with their purchases. The mini supermarket is a bit of a rip off, particularly for sun cream, pool floats etc.
The resort is a distance from kusadasi but a taxi ride can get you there in about 15/20 mins. I found this to be a good thing, so my teenagers can’t wander off out of the resort. In fact the complex is very safe.
Now the staff…..in the five years we have been here, we have had nothing but love from the hard working crew in this hotel. They will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Mustafa, the operations manager (I hope I have that right) is an absolute gentleman. I would highly recommend this resort and thank them for all the fabulous memories we have from our time there ❤️

Where do I start!!!!!
My first holiday with the family especially to Turkey, I am soooo booking part2 at this venue....loved how big the rooms are and clean, the self catering accommodation made us feel at home in a beautiful sunny environment and our meals in the afternoon or evening made it feel like a family meal out.

All staff are amazing from the hotel staff to shop staff

I really appreciate the service from CLASSY HANDBAGS Shop amazing service from Friat, very good high quality bags in store at a very, very good price and well worth the money. GO and check it out yourself.

Evening entertainment and the activities was a bonus too

Thank you for building great memories and importantly a wonderful experience for me and my family 1st holiday

The hotel is more a tired 4 star than 5. Rooms were reasonable size but bathrooms need a walk in shower similar to what we have experienced in other 5 star hotels.

The resort is on a hill so may not be best for anyone with mobility issues

Entertainment was fantastic for kids, especially the team members Metin and Jesse. Food was excellent as there was a section for freshly cooked. The main pool is small for the number of people it caters for and all the entertainment and slides are in this area. The brochure shows an extra slide which we were told it was actually removed years ago. The shock will be when sunbeds have towels on them at 10pm night before and definitely full before 6am around the small pool near our room. That said towels started going out at main pool 6.30am but the pool team found more loungers and put them out throughout the day in this area so never seemed to be an issue.
The prices for the trips are considerably cheaper to book in town than from the reps etc at the hotel and you will need a beer if you buy anything from the supermarket in the hotel.
Make sure you take lira with you as there is a challenge to purchase on credit cards. .

We went for 14 nights as a family of 4 kids ages 13 and 11. We had a junior suite which was massive over 2 floors 3 bathrooms ,very clean and equipped with everything you would need. The rooms were cleaned every second day.
The location for us wasn't great we used the shuttle bus which was free to the beach and paid for the bus 20euros and taxi 26 euros to the centre but we missed being able to leave the hotel and walk to local shops etc there was no walkable route around the hotel sadly.
The hotel itself had a variety of pools which was good and the kids loved the water slides. The main pool which was located beside the water slides was not relaxing whilst sunbathing you can here animation team music but also palm bar music play different music at the same time.
I paid for a massage and face mask experience at the spa the massage I enjoyed the face mask was not worth the £15 they were charging.
The animation team go round constantly asking people to take part in the water sports, darts etc lots of encouragement for the adults to take part but I felt less encouragement was put out for the teenager activities my teenager being quiet and not confident I felt was ignored rather than an effort being made to involve them.
There was entertainment on each night but this repeats on a weekly basis so if you are there two weeks it's a repeat. The white party was excellent.
The food available was nice enough snack bar did pizza burgers pasta we used this around 3 lunch times and each time our order never came out we had to chase this up problems each time and staff not apologetic.
Lots of stray dogs and cats around the hotel at night we witnessed three dogs attack another dog we alerted security who just laughed and no action taken. Lots of notice at night dogs barking and people jumping into pool at like 1am.
Overall we had a good holiday but for us we like to be walking distance to shops and town so for this reason we won't return.

What a fantastic holiday.
From the first day to the last we all had an excellent time, so much so we’re trying to book it again for next year.
The location in Soke is just outside Kusadasi itself and the one gripe I would have is the time the transfer took on the way home to the airport, mainly because we went around the world to pick other families up, it took us 3 hours from start to finish.
There is 6 of us in our family, myself and my wife, 2 boys and 2 girls. All the kids were entertained throughout our time there with great entertainment poolside by the animation team. Jesse and the gang were well on top of their game. Jesse in particular is a fantastic host and ambassador for the hotel, always very helpful, always getting people involved in the daytime and also the night time activities. I hope he is still there when we return next year, well played Jesse my friend, you’re a star⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
The food was good considering its all inclusive with plenty of choices. Sometimes with all inclusive you can get easily fed up with the same stuff on offer. This wasnt the case with different theme nights and changing it up through different menus. The only, thing I would say is if they maybe had a couple of more a la carte restaurants of which there was only one, at The Oaks. There was several small snack bars and a main reception bar too.
The accommodation was excellent. We had a two bedroom duplex with a balony between 2 bedrooms and a solarium on the roof off the main living room area and kitchen. This has a large hot tub/jacuzzi on it. There was also a washing machine in the kitchen which we used a lot. The rooms were kept spotless by the hard working cleaning maids who clean and change bedding and towels every other day.
I would highly recommend this resort, especially for families as large as mine. We do find it difficult for resorts to accommodate us with regard to apartment type and size but the Wyndham did this and more.
Great place, excellent staff, fantastic holiday.

Visited this hotel the last week of the season. with a 11 year old child, great for families, choice of pools (very cold!) I found the main pool to be a nice temp but if you prefer quieter more relaxing pool there's plenty of choice. Pool with slides ran 10am-12pm then again 2pm-4pm.
Yes there are cats and dogs around the resort, which didn't bother me, if you leave them alone they leave you alone.
Worth a visit into the town centre for shops/food etc but rather than paying for a return taxi I would contact a restaurant who will pick you up for free if you dine there and even if you go shopping or around other bars return and they will take you back.
Entertainment ok, fire show brilliant.
Food standard All Inclusive buffet food, not fantastic but always something, the show cooking area outside best by far.
Rooms are HUGE and used the washing machine (they provided tablets for this as well as the dishwasher) came in very handy to wash before returning to the UK weather! Only issue was that in our one week stay the cleaner only visited once which was on day 2, so rooms not cleaned and towels not changed for the last 5 days.
I would high recommend this hotel for a valuable family holiday.

We have loved our stay at this hotel. We were all inclusive so it was a big surprise that our room had all the self catering facilities, including dishwasher and washing machine. The TV have all the English channels including Netflix. The room was cleaned every other day with towels changed every day. Freida was our cleaner and she did an excellent job with added extras like makeing swans on the bed out of the towels.
The food was extremely good. My husband and I are foodies and we know that the effort the staff must go to. Everything is homemade, fresh and delicious. The choice of what to have is the only problem as you can't manage to eat everything - and we did try!
The hotel staff are always friendly and helpful and constantly cleaning the place.
The main bar is the Aegean, you can have no limits on what you want. The staff again are helpful and constantly asking you if you want another!
There is so many pools you don't need to go far to find another one. Which helps it stay quiet as the children stay by the pool with the slides.
We used the bus services into the resort of kusadasi a couple of times and we also went to the beach. The beach is free with free food and drink when you get there. The resort is 500 tl return trip but very worth it for shopping.
The shops in the hotel are good but we found everything cheaper at the old town in Kusadasi and more fun to barter with the sellers.
Fantastic holiday we will visit again!

Just back from a lovely week here. We booked a 2 bed Superior Duplex through Travel Republic and considered ourselves very lucky to be allocated an apartment in the Oaks which is the Members area

The apartment was clean and spacious and had two balconies with amazing views of the mountains and the pool. And the best bit was we had a working hot tub which was a real treat for me.

The Oaks is the closest area to the reception, shops and main restaurant but also has its own lovely pool and snack bar right outside our accommodation so we avoided the hills and steps that many have to manage.

Although the hotel was full the Oaks pool never seemed over crowded and we always managed to get sunbeds. There were lots of signs saying reserving beds is not allowed and towels will be removed if left for more than 45 mins. Not sure anyone was actually policing that but noone seemed to be putting out their towels in the early hours which was a relief.

The main buffet restaurant was a bit chaotic at peak times and there were wasps if you were sat in the outside area but we found going before 7.30pm or after 9pm you could get a table in the covered area ( breakfast never seemed to be crowded )

What is not advertised ( but we found out through facebook posts ) is that all inclusive guests can eat one night at the Palms Al la Carte by the main pool and this was nice. We also ate at the Oaks restaurant and the Clubhouse at the Golf course ( amazing views and sunset up there ) We had to pay for these but it was very reasonable and worth it for the nicer dining experience.

Lunches were spent at the Oaks Snack bar which was table service and very nice food although very busy at peak times so they could do with some extra staff.

We also went into Kusadasi one evening and had dinner at Murphys restaurant which is in a lovely location on the sea front. They collected us and drove us home after a bit of shopping and couldn’t have been more welcoming. The manager also helped us book a boat trip through one of his friends which was a bit cheaper than through the hotel. That was a wonderful day out stopping at 3 locations for swimming and lunch.

We didn’t use many of the other hotel facilities although my son enjoyed football with Speedy and we did catch the acrobat show one evening which was very good. Also shout out to Leo the hotel photographer who took some lovely photos on our last night and had a very easy system of £6 per photo ( print and digital ) and no pressure at all.

All in all a very relaxing holiday. The resort is a bit out of the way but we knew this in advance and it was worth it for the amazing views and also the very large apartments. It’s unusual to find accommodation of this size combined with all inclusive but is really perfect for holidaying with teenagers as they had their own bedroom and bathroom and plenty of space to chill.

Garden hotel, some of the apartments are private. The apartments were large and nice, we had 2 balconies and a terrace, and a washing machine was a plus. The pools are clean, but getting a sun lounger is almost impossible. They are closed even at 6:00 despite the ban. The food is quite tasty, everyone will find something for themselves, including vegetarians. Generally noisy. Dinner at 9:00 p.m. is a fight for space and cutlery - it's best to come at the very beginning, i.e. at 7:00 p.m. - the staff works hard, but there are too few waiters or table cleaners. Large dogs and cats roam the grounds. The dogs are gentle, cute and drink water from swimming pools. As for wasps - there are wasps, bees and hornets, but they are not intrusive, clove oil helps to scare them away. There is literally nothing in the area. To Kusadasi 26 euros round trip, to AVM shopping center 18 euros round trip. A shop like a ladybug - you can take the hotel bus to the beach and shop there. Overall, a successful stay. It is worth going on trips (Sirince, Izmir, Ephesus, Samos)

As a single parent funds can be tight but we wanted a holiday this year due to a very stressful and difficult 18 months. Wyndham came in at a great price so we booked it.
We arrived late on the 20th and were met with friendly faces and a warm welcome. We were in time for the midnight snack which was great after an almost 6 hour journey.
The resort (or mini village as we like to call it) is huge but beautiful. Views of mountains, sea and Somos Island of Greece is breathtaking.
The swimming pools are cold but it is end October so expected that. The water slides are great fun and the entertainment team do their best at keeping everyone entertained. There is a free shuttle to the beach and the water is gorgeous. The beach bar will keep you refreshed and full all day long.
Food in the main restaurant was warm, plentiful and varied and soft drinks lovely (I don't drink alcohol so can't comment on that).
We were in a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect. The lounge had a pull out bed, one bedroom with twin beds and one bedroom with a double bed. Main bedroom is ensuite with bath and overhead shower and separate bathroom with walk in shower. Washing machine is an actual godsend - I'll have minimal dirty washing when we head back home!!
Wasps are around but they don't harm you if you don't pose a threat to them. Spa facilities are great and you can negotiate prices with them. I had a 90 minute mixed massage and felt like a million dollars after!
There is a clothing shop, 2 jewellery shops, a shoe shop, a mini mart and a bag shop in the hotel itself. There is also a concierge service to book excursions, a photographer and real estate agent so really all you want is here!
Night time entertainment is in the open air ampitheatre so make sure to pack a light jacket or blanket for those cooler nights. Jesse is an amazing MC and loved by all!
We have to go back home in 2 days and to be honest we are all devastated as we don't want to leave. We will be back in May next year and already counting down the days.
Book this place - you honestly will not be disappointed!
