We went there in early January 2017. We were supposed to stay there for 2 nights but ended up staying 4, as we really liked it. The hotel is on a huge beach and stands all by itself. There is a main building and 4 'ocean houses' (casas de mare) each with about 20 rooms on 3 floors . We...

We have been with the family. The rooms were perfect, big, cleaned ,with nice views, ... We really enjoyed the food and the activities. The employees were very friendly and we really enjoyed it. Unfortunatly we couldn't do windsurfing cause of the weather but all employees from René Engli were very kind.

Beautiful location, right on a great beach, pool area looked good. This hotel is VERY remote and looked like it was mainly an all inclusive place. If it's the beach you are after then 100% this is the right place. If you want something else then it's a long way to anything. We visited for lunch, the drinks we had...

I visited this hotel last year and encountered a few problems., which ended in me moving rooms. This year the same, with cracked floor tiles in the room , and an electrical socket hanging out of the wall. Some of the restaurant staff are less than helpful and seem very jaded in their day- to- day. No tea/ coffee making...

Nice, well-maintained family hotel. It is primarily an all-inclusive hotel, but offers breakfast-only options too. It consists of the main hotel and two separate entities that are marketed differently: The Level, the upper floor rooms with nicer furniture, and Casad del Mar, separated smaller units closer to the beach. Positive: The beach is gorgeous. Great for walking the beach and...

First, we arrived and the reservation was not OK, they wanted to give me a room with lower standard as reserved, where MeliaRewards Members should usually get upgrades, especially when the Melia Gorriones was almost empty. The Hotel itself is from 1979, clean, nice good maintenance, but not to the latest standard and quality. Pools, and outside and very very...

Maybe we had too high expectations, as the reviews were quite good and in the photos the hotel looked nice. Unfortunately it's not that beautiful in the real life. The hotel definitely is not feeling like a 4* hotel, just an average 3* hotel. It's old and rooms need renovation. Can't say our room was comfortable enough. The wifi is...

We had quite high expectations about this hotel and having mixed opinions. We stayed 3 nights in the beginning of December on HB basis. On the positive: hotel location and views - amazing, no comments!! hotel outside area is well maintained and manicured, beautiful! hotel stuff is friendly. hotel food is nice but not great - high quality ingredients are...
