We spent one week of our holiday in the hotel and there were pros and cons but all in all we were satisfied and had a good time. :) + Cleanliness, availability of Gluten-free food, many pools, beach - Food was mostly tasteless and often cold.

Most of the reviews have caught this hotel reasonably well, I think it's a rather better than most all inclusive with a good beach location and pleasant accommodation, bars, and restaurants. I guess at the end of the day the biggest issue with an all inclusive is if the service...

We had a lovely relaxing break in the Esencia part of this hotel. Check in was a little slow but that was due to the inquisitive guests ahead of us, drinks on arrival and a formative welcome from the receptionist, cases taken to our room by staff also. Room was adequate nothing awe inspiring but suited our needs as minimal...

I am a loyal afficionado of the Princess Hotel just having completed my 7th stay and will be returning many times more. There are so many lovely things about the place, not least the beautifully planted and maintained tropical gardens. There is just one main comment that I make here, primarily and only for the hopeful notice of hotel management...

I'm extremely disappointed with the Princess hotel. Food is absolutely awful I mean the worst cheap horrible unhygienic food ever seen birds in both "restaurants" picking bread!!! Staff rude not speaking English and miserable! Entertainment the worst off it all mostly in French and most nights embarrassing to watch it's like time stood still in early 90' or late 80'...
