There are not enough words to describe how good this place is. From the reception stall to the buggy drivers all are perfect. The breakfast here is legendary - so good with many choices. The rooms ! Well sublime is the word! We had a love room on the sunset side overlooking the sea - an incredible place to sit and watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Sleep quality is amazing and we love the sound system. Been a few times - and no doubt we will be back again. Perfection

Amazing/10!!! This resort is amazing amazing amazing! This is the highlight of both my partner & my trip! I never knew I can fall in love with a resort so easily but The Shore is truly the best. During check in, there were quite a lot of people at the lobby and I was shocked! I thought nobody knew about this resort and I’m initially disappointed cos we wanted a quiet, relaxing vacation. But guess what??? It felt like the whole place belong to us! Despite the crowd, check in was smooth and efficient - compared to most hotels. Comes with a nice drink and rice cracker snack which I love! Then we were sent to our room with a buggy - a 24 hours service!! How amazing is that! I really appreciate that cos it’s not an easy feat walking up to my room especially when I stayed right at the top! (In love villa) they said to wait 5-10 mins after calling the buggy but I swear each time I waited less than 3 minutes and the buggy is right outside my door! The room was the best, and the private pool right in front of the bed, best view in the world. Room comes with a speaker and we can play our songs out loud. Two sinks, two showers, simply amazing! And a lovely bathtub that fits 2. Bed was comfortable as well! My favourite part is the breakfast - you can choose to go to the restaurant (right beside the beautiful private beach) or have it sent to you room (complimentary) or get a floating breakfast (chargeable and better to order beforehand). Didn’t managed to get the floating breakfast sadly but had the breakfast sent to my room both days. Spread was amazing, food was great and service is just wonderful. They set up the table with a table cloth and just made everything felt so luxurious! I don’t know what the boss of the resort does but I think he/she treats their staff extremely well because they are all super friendly and they are so happy to see us all the time!! I feel so happy every where I go in the resort! Had a private dinner - romantic seafood dinner on the sand. Food was the best ever, it’s splendid! The chef was cooking right beside us and it’s really good. The seafood was so fresh! Coconut soup was the bomb!! We both enjoyed ourselves extremely much. And of course, our server, made our night an even better one! He was humorous and sweet. Realised I didn’t enjoy my cocktail cos I don’t fancy sweet drinks, he brought a coconut for me cos he thought it was refreshing! How sweet :) Hotel has a private beach, which I appreciate because not much crowd and able to take a lot of beautiful pictures! It also has lots of places to explore as you walk along the “romantic walk”. I could stay here forever. And I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended to anyone who is interested to stay here! Price point might be slightly higher but it’s 100% worth it! Cons : didn’t like the ironing board, cos my dresses are so long and flowy, would prefer a bigger standing ironing board. Slightly far from the city but then again, staying at this villa makes you not wanna go out anymore. So it doesn’t really matter too much to us. Thank you to everyone at The Shore for providing such great experience to us!!! We really enjoyed our stay more than anything else! Can’t wait to go back again!…

Just 🤩 this place is opulent, stunning, stylish and I could go on and on. Your own private infinity pool with ocean views to double showers and vanities and stand alone bath and spacious three sectioned suite of approx 100 Sqm and oh and did I say opulent.

The room, the staff, the overall facilities were exceptional. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding, with staff eager to help and add special items to your choice, such as noodle soup. The eagerness of the golf cart drivers to run out and help, even in the rain, was particularly noteworthy.

Great villa with very friendly staff always offer helps for booking rides and arranging activities for us. Reception on arrival took more than an hour which was a little disappointed, but the staff are generally polite. Rooms are lovely and clean with a very nice pool. Unfortunately we were expecting a seaview villa as booked but we were given a villa with several more villas in front and people could just see us when we swam or sunbathe. Restaurant Harbor serve excellent taste and choice of food for buffet breakfast. The dinner we had was also delicious. Overall I highly recommend to my friends.

From the moment we arrived the staff were fantastic. Our room wasn't ready so we were provided a complimentary lunch in the Harbor Restaurant. When we arrived in our room it was clean and inviting with the most amazing view. Palmy drove us to our room and explained everything to us. Our room was large and the bathroom was fantastic. The pool in our room was inviting and the perfect temperature. The buggy system is great and it is not very often you have to wait long but the staff say to expect a 5-10min wait. The buffet breakfast had everything you could imagine. The staff were always there happy to greet you offering fresh coffee or tea. The egg station chefs were ready to cook you your eggs however you liked. We ate dinner one night at Param Para. The food was amazing but the service was very slow. The only downside of the resort. The hotel operates on an app when you are there and can order anything to your room. This was extremely convenient to be able to pick a time when you wanted your room serviced, an ice bucket or a top up of bottled water (which was complimentary). We didn't do any of the activities but they are available.…

The rooms are incredible and we had a ‘Romance’ apartment which was high up overlooking the sea and just stunning. When we arrived at The Shore there was no one to greet us and we now realise that was because all the very lovely busy buggy drivers were out taking people up and down to their apartments and around the large complex! We went to reception to be greeted by the receptionist who we felt wasn’t very informative about the hotel or what was on offer. The hotel does not have a concierge just a folder on the side. We asked if there was any restaurants outside the hotel they could recommend and was just given a couple of local hotels. There is little to do around the hotel or at least we couldn’t find anything and the hotel weren’t helpful in helping us with this. The main restaurant for breakfast we felt was quite basic and on the first morning we arrived half an hour towards the end of the service and nothing had been re stocked and not what you expect from a five star hotel. The lunch and dinner menu are the same menu and don’t change. However they have lovely singers in the evening for entertainment. You really go here for the views and your privacy and somewhere special. They just need to get the customer service to the same standard and the it will be paradise…

We had an amazing honeymoon at The Shore at Katathani. The staff was so kind and helpful and the resort was everything we could have imagined. Highly would recommend this spot and the views are amazing!

Excellent location and helpful staff. Unfortunately the All Inclusive package has limited dining options especially for vegetarians. There are other restaurants as well but again for All Inclusive packages there are limited choices for main course, especially at Harbour restaurant. The views from the Villa were fantastic and the Private swimming pool is excellent. Good amenities in the bathroom. Room is spacious with picture windows.

The hotel is located in a very nice location and it is all green around the hotel, the view is priceless and everyday you have the chance to enjoy your tea/coffee and watch the sunset from your pool. The staff are super nice and friendly. Breakfast is nice and it worth every penny. I would like to specially thank Noah, Suni, and the lady from concierge.
