We stayed one night in Kitela Lodge during our 11 day safari in Tanzania. The grounds and facilities are beautiful! The staff is very attentive - sometimes a little too much if that's possible. Dinner was interrupted every 2-3 minutes by a different person asking if everything is OK. Not much of a complaint :) The rooms and beds were...

The beds were huge and very comfortable. Food was great. Shower was hot. Didn't use pool or fitness center, but they looked great! Everything looked new and well taken care of. Beautiful setting. Overall great place!

In a month of travel and staying in nine different lodges/accommodations, Kitela Lodge was certainly our favorite for many reasons. The beautiful rooms, fresh food grown organically on site and the amazing staff made us wish we had more than 2 nights there. Susan Humphrey, Shariffa, Nimrod and Ayubu are as wonderful, helpful, and kind as they get. We LOVED...

Unfortunately we only stayed one night in this beautiful lodge. It's over the top lodge surrounded by rush greens and coffee plantation. Staffs are very frinedly and spotlessly cleaned accomodation. We were disappointed to depart after one night stay. The private hut even has walk-in closet and large bathroom with claw foot tub.

When we walked into the main lobby of Kitela Lodge, we all said 'Wow'! Lush green and mountainous with a beautiful open design and balcony overlooking pool made us change our plans for the next day to allow us to spend more time at the lodge! The cottages were spacious and the height of luxury. Staff were friendly and loved...

From the champagne reception and cold towels for freshening up after a long day in the bush to the picturesque grounds, beautiful rooms, and outstanding staff this place is as close to perfection as you can get. While everything about this place is special, what really puts it into a category of its own is the staff (yes every one...

On arrival we were met with champagne and warm washcloths! Our room was beautiful with a deck over looking the coffee plantation. The service was wonderful. Meals were served outside on the patio overlooking the beautiful gardens. It was an idyllic place!
