Just 3 nights over Thanksgiving weekend, including the last room for Sunday. Location not far from trails on river and beach front.Rainy fall weekend. A lovely motel, room with 2 queen sized comfortable beds, with a kitchenette and space for the bike and dog! Good bedroom shades to block out morning light.Housekeeping staff pleasant and non intrusive. Requests for extras...

It's far from being a luxury hotel, but it is a very nice place to stay. We had one of the regular rooms on the top floor. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The lady at the front desk (Catherine?) was very friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. If we were to stay in Kaslo again, it would...

This is a mom and pop operation that appears to care about guests and their property. Nothing fancy but has all you need for an inexpensive stay in Kaslo. We liked the deck outside and the atmosphere. Rooms are fine but we found the shower tight for big guys and the bed a bit small for two. Still we enjoyed...

Very nice and clean. Our first time here and it was for 2 nights. Glad we chose this Motel for where it is, the cost and appointments of the room. Very quiet locale. Lovely owner/hostess, originally from Brisbane. AU., is a most gracious lady and made our family stay a nice visit to this nice town. Had never been to...

We've been staying here for years on our motorcycle trips through the West Kootenays and been totally satisfied every time. Caroline and family have turned this collection of cottages into a delightful place to stay. It isn't flash but that's why it is reasonably priced, and it's always clean too. The owners seem able to accommodate most any request and...

This is a gem of a motel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent - within walking distance to the town site, beaches, restaurants, etc. Excellent value (we've stayed in other places in Kaslo and this is a sweet gem). We stayed in one of the motel rooms (small fridge and coffee machine in room). Spacious, extremely clean, and...

The fact that this motel is sold out for most of the summer tells a story in itself. This was my 3rd stay here. Yes it is an older facility but it has aged so well with what looks to be continuous maintenance and upkeep. There must books to be written with the stories behind the walls. Wonderful middle courtyard...

We enjoyed having our own little cabin in Kaslo, easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, the beach, and the river pathway. It was very clean and comfortable -- fixtures a tad outdated, but all in good working order. Decent free WiFi. Excellent value, we spent six days there with our baby and had no complaints. Sitting out...

We stayed in a charming and well appointed cabin for 3 nights . They are very clean and well equipped- the front decks and BBQs are a nice feature and the setting is just lovely. The owners were helpful and friendly and the rates VERY reasonable . On the minus side, the air conditioner being in the living room instead...

This is a clean motel with different types of accommodations. I believe some long term people stay here. The rooms are a nice size, there is a place to,sit out and relax and it is close to all the amenities . My dog was allowed to stay which was a bonus .
