Like all before us we have to say what an amazing experience we had during our stay in September. Julius & Kristin made us feel so welcome, the food was absolutely fantastic, Krisitn is amazing in the kitchen and was up every morning bringing us coffee and a wake up a call at 6am. Julius and his team are so...

We have just had a fantastic grizzly bear watching experience. Within an hour of our arrival at G.B.Ranch we had seen our first bear on the riverside catching fish. Over the next days we saw several more bears in different locations. Harry the grizzly, being sighted the most. Our cabin..Logjam, was sited on the river bank and our views were...

Our experience was similar to that of others who have commented on GBR - excellent. The location is in a beautiful area of BC - bit out of the way, but worth the drive and the effort. You get great scenery, majestic mountains, and picturesque lakes and small towns. The staff are very knowledgeable about the bears as well as...

This was an amazing wildlife experience. Grizzly bear, Apple, and her cubs were the stars of the show but we would never have seen her without the expert assistance of Julius, Kirstin and their ultra professional team. They kept us safe, entertained and informed. The entire visit from start to finish, from lake level to high Alpine was absolutely fantastic....

I visited the Grizzly Bear Ranch in September 2014 with my wife and daughter (13 yo). In every respect it is a great experience that I will remember forever. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere welcoming and the food excellent, with a focus on fresh local produce. The relatively remote location (1 hour drive out of Kaslo) and the highly...

Just back from a visit to Grizzly Bear Ranch. Thanks to Julius and Kristen and there staff for making this a great trip. It was a great balance between educational and fun. As has already been posted, Bear viewing is done with great respect and the information on flora and fauna in general from the very knowledgeable guides was much...

We visited Grizzly Bear Ranch in October 2013 having come from Knight Inlet We had booked around 9 months in advance having researched a lot of options but the away from it all, being more in with nature alongside Julius & Kristin's approach to seeing wildlife as it really is with respect to the creatures and the environment plus the...

If you want an amazingly different experience, Grizzly Bear Ranch is on the "must do" list. We visited last September and had a wonderful time in the company of Julius and Kristin, not forgetting the knowledgeable and friendly guides Lily and Matt. Ray and Maggie Hoare, Warwick UK

Wonderful Trip I booked this vacation for us 5 months in advance and looked forward to it every day! My husband and I had a fantastic time. The highlight of course were the bears, but the cabin was cozy, the rafting and hikes an adventure and the food plentiful and excellent. However what really gives GBR a much deserved 5...

If I use too many superlatives you won't believe me. However, I have no choice. This trip was a dream come true. Rather than share a platform with dozens of people for a 20 minute glimpse of bears below us, we tracked and viewed grizzlies in their natural surroundings. We benefited from the insight, experience, training, skill and expertise of...
