We had heard wonderful things about Ecocampo La Sangría, so as soon as we started to plan our family vacation, we knew this was a place we wanted to visit. Initially we had a hard time contacting them, as all of the contact numbers online seemed to be out of service. However, I am so glad that I was not...

I went to Ecocampo La Sangria with my 4 yr old 6 month old and my aunt. The place is safe and very beautiful. Well appointed cabins surrounded by fruit trees and flowers. We were escorted by beautiful butterflies on our way to and from our room. The food was healthy and delicious. We had fish, seafood, chicken and pork...

Brilliant concept. We stayed 2 nights despite our plans for one night only. The tranquility and calmness of this place is fantastic. Our chalet was cute, with a small patio and two chairs to sit outside.Breakfast and dinner is included and it was probably the best food we had in DR. We were taken for a small tour around the...

Ecocampo La Sangria was just what my wife and I needed for a short break from our stressful NYC existence. Located in beautiful Samaná Península, worlds away from the all-inclusive complexes that many associate with vacations in the Dominican Republic, La Sangria itself was way off the beaten path from the quaint fishing village Las Galeras. Getting to and from...

Very well located, very well maintained, very nice staff, good food... silence, nature contact and an incredible stars view in the night. We took our dogs with us and thats was a plus... perfect place to take them with you! Only point to be aware is about rusticity... it is a simple place, with cold water in the bathroom (remember...

I visited Ecocampo La Sangría with my friend Chris three weeks ago. Both were looking for a place to relax and decompress from the noise and pollution of the city (we live in NYC…). Well, definitely, mission accomplished!! Ecocampo was the perfect oasis for us. It's a gorgeous place hidden in the nature of the beautiful Península of Samaná. The...

La Sangria is a haven of tranquillity and the perfect place to relax and escape everyday life. Situated off the beaten track in truly beautiful surroundings, with nature literally on your doorstep it is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. The stunning Playa Rincon is also just a short distance away and definitely worth a visit....

It was my first time going and sleeping in an eco lodge. It was very clean and spacious location. its far away from the city. My favorite part was the fresh fruits and vegetables right on site and The fresh home cooked traditional dominican meals. The cabins were separate from each other, which was good for privacy. The view was...
