we stayed thereonly one night on the way to colca canyon. the views and theatmosphere compensate for the 12 minutes walking to the main square. the cold night is not a problem because they supply heating device.

I honestly don't know. Neither my wife nor I do much hair drying. I don't have any and hers is pretty short. I remember seeing them in a lot of rooms, but cannot say for certain if this hotel had one or not.
