We have been visiting since 2016 for my 50th birthday. Every trip has been memorable. This time we stayed at Garza Blanca, but we were able to visit all of the VDP amenities as well. Cesar in Carpachio's is so full of joy and fun. What a great treat to have him as a server. The food is predictable which is great because it is good and fresh. We always visit the Village Spa as well and there was no disappointment at all! Victoria offered wonderful services for both a massage and a facial. Would like to see the locker room upgraded, but the experience was fantastic nonetheless. Adrian and Oeliander at Davino bar also are great! Such fun they have! They even remembered us from a year ago! We are owners so maybe we are a bit prejudiced, but we love coming back to VDP/GB Cancun. :)

The best week ever with family! Kids are 16, 13 & 10! Lots to do for everyone! Food amazing, service incredible, so clean! SPA is one of the best I’ve been to…attention to detail is EVERYTHING here! Do as many planned activities as you want or just chill & relax.

The resort was amazing and clean. We had all inclusive and everything about it was awesome and I would get it again. The food and drink were amazing. The staff were very attentive to our needs to include the turn down of our bed each night. I would like to address Ms. Mercedes who is just amazing. She help me decorate our room for my wife's 50th birthday and did a stunning job. Please ensure she knows how grateful we are for her help during our stay. Our stay was wonderful, all the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. The room was great and was kept up everyday by housekeeping. Room service breakfast was delicious and always arrived warm. The staff around the pool bar and restaurant were the absolute best. Milton treated us like family and not like tourists, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Milton didn’t have to come over to greet us each day we were there but he made a personal connection and helped with recommendations of meals and drinks and even of outside tours around Cancun. His team would go above and beyond to help with any need we had. Azucena, Luis, David, Erick, Javier and William all made our stay a memorable one. I don’t always write reviews unless it’s a bad one but in this case they made a difference in our first time stay at Villa Del Palmar and we are definitely going back just to get that 5 star service again from Milton and his team. …

Carlos and Jair took us on a snorkel event, they took us to a sunken ship on a kayak and snorkeled around. The trip to kayak was king but so worth it! The only complaint I have is that we didn’t snorkel longer! They were wonderful!

Pablo was amazing the ruins were super cool. He was very knowledgeable of the Mayans best part of the trip so far and was cheap unlike other excursions! If u like archaeology and learning cool facts u will love this .
