Park Hotel Serenissima is a hotel 19km outside of Rome, so you'll need a car! However, the surroundings, rooms, restaurant + staff made it absolutely wonderful. We would give them 5 Stars, but their english could have been a little better😘

Stayed here while on a tour, so not our choice. I liked the concept of the hotel - cute little "cottages" that were broken up into rooms. Our shower had good water pressure and constant hot water. Our boys' room across the hall was not so lucky. Lukewarm water and not much pressure. I heard from others in the tour... More

It's very good and the staff is very friendly. The room is very clean too I came here from the England to visit Rome and there is no tax to pay,the train station is at 2 km distance and the ticket costs are very poor. The place is very calm and at night there is the restaurant where you can... More

The hospitality of the owners: Roberto and Simone is just wonderful ! The make your stay as good as possible and they are willing to help you with anything. The place is beautiful and the rooms really comfortable. Not far from Rome is a wonderful place to spend some days.

We stayed 4 nights in order to be close to my family that lives in Sacrofano. When we booked, the fact that there were 4 stars was reassuring. What a disappointment! The room was old, the bed was hard, the bathroom smelled bad, one of The room's bathrooms did not work, the breakfast tables were dirty and the breakfast was... More

just home from our four day trip. Breakfast plentiful ,staff and locals couldn't be more helpful. Public transport regular cheap and easy when you get the hang of it which we managed on our first day. To be honest we really enjoyed the public transport. Evening meals were tasty and relaxed atmosphere. We went for the real Italian experience as... More

Stayed one night in August. The bed is rock hard, the tv extra small and I had a couple of stairs leading up to the bathroom which could have been great except for: Spiderweb on the ceiling, lights not working and a shower I had to work on to get it working correctly. The breakfast very disappointing - not much... More

The hotel itself is in a great location, you can get a bus and train straight into Rome. The only issue i had is this hotel is near a lot of housing of which have dogs. They bark a lot which is not ideal for sleep but after a while you get used to it and you just switch off.... More

Hotel was nice and clean and the staff were extremely helpful despite the language barrier, the hotel it's self is in the country side of Rome and to get to the city centre you have to get a bus from out side the hotel to the train station then on to Rome. Over all the experience was good and I... More

“Please be advised that this hotel is about 18 kilometers north of Rome so if you do not have a car it will be very expensive by taxi. For those comfortable using public transportation, the available options can have you in center Rome in less than 40 minutes and will cost only 1.6 euro.”
