The hotel is opposite to a small beach. Receptionists very nice, good room, I had the upgrade with sight on the sea due to the fact that the hotel was empty due to Corona. For the same reason I had service at my table, unable to access the buffet. Garage was free. Restaurants and shops start at 200metres

I had been traveling through Europe for a few weeks and this was my last place I was going to be staying. It was a nice quiet time of the season early October so it was very peaceful. The lobby and room were extremely clean and modern. Front desk staff were wonderful! I had misplaced a charger for my older Ipad and I was given directions on how to get to a local store to purchase a new one (about a 3/4 mile walk). They were also very good at giving me directions on how to catch the local free commuter bus to catch a train into Rome for sight seeing. The pier area, across the street, had wonderful selection of restaurants and deli's to eat at, and even had a small laundromat to do my laundry. I loved just walking across the street and down into the sand and did some sea shell hunting and lots of pictures of the beautiful waves crashing.

We booked this hotel to be able to visit my wife's daughter who had been taken into Hospital initially in Ostia and subsequently Rome. We were charged 250 euros a night for a supposedly luxury room. The hotel is just a glorified Travel Lodge. The electrics in the room blew every day and were never fixed. Breakfast was leftovers. The same bowl of decaying tomatoes appeared every day for 4 days accompanied by some cold potatoes. Not much else most days. Staff were generally disinterested and forgetful. We then moved to the Fly Deco which was excellent and a third of the price.

Nice hotel right across the street from the beach. I had a balcony overlooking the beach and the marina. There are many restaurants nearby and it was a quick drive from the airport. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The parking garage was easy to find. Breakfast was simple but good. The description is not totally accurate though as others have pointed out. There is no gym or hot tub and the rooftop area is not finished. The balcony furniture looks quite different than the pictures on the listing.

The hotel is clean, the room interior is modern and well equipped. The staff have been friendly. What influenced my decision to book the property was the images on the website and the location. The location is as described and very nice for what I wanted. What isn't as described is the 'garden view' and the 'rooftop patio'. The room faced a very run down building(s), which were just a few feet away. There is NO garden to be found anywhere from our back facing view. As for the rooftop patio, the pictures they post are nothing like the reality. None of the website displayed furniture exists, and there is actually a business being run from a room that shares the patio. You would never sun in that area with the business ongoing beside you. Yes there is a view, but it isn't the boutique hotel image they show on the website. If you want nice, be sure to select the sea view.
