We went to Riksgransen for the early ski season. The hotel has alot to offer; a cozy lounge, a good restaurant (excellent buffets), a small spa and many other facilities. Its a real village within a building. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Will definitely comr back next year!

We had a basic but very good and well equipped 2 person room during our stay. If you are outside all day this is all you need. We also got a discount when we showed up last minute. The staff is very kind and willing to answer all your questions. Great lounge with nice views and couches to crash for...

The pool-area, which was the only reason we went here, is off-limits for children after 15:30, and today (thursday), not open at all. I regret going here, and will never return. Do not recomend this place, the people here are NOR service-minded at all!

So bad its almost funny. Paperthin walls, ugly rooms, rude staff - the food is inconceivably bad, service slow. If you absolutely cannot avoid staying here, opt for rooms away from the train tracks at least. To top it off - no water in the shower. I'm amazed.

The hotel is just by the ski slope. Rooms are small but ok. Restaurant serves a big breakfast buffet which has everything. Dinner is really good, a la carte, but expensive. Nice lounge area for drinks snd after ski. Spa area in the basement with treatments, sauna and pool. Unfortunately you have to pay extra for using sauna and pool...

The hotel itself feels worn down and it is not the best service. We had to make up our own sofa beds or bunker beds which was a surprise arriving at 3am. The skiing is absolutely smashing and that is why you go here. Be prepared to wake up at 2am when the night club closes and again at 4...

The journey to Riksgränsen had been on my bucket list for many years. A last minute opening at the hotel located at the base of the ski resort combined with a feeling that we didn't ski enough this winter convinced my husband and I to book and go. Please note - if you're thinking of heading to Riksgränsen, book early....

Just got back from Riksgransen skiing with friends from Stockholm and this is somewhere different I have to say! The place has a real old feel to it, no need to worry about the latest trends and who's wearing what, people go here to ski and not to pose around. Went heli-skiing and its worth thet money, you get out...

Riksgransen is just awesome. We had a fabulous May Day weekend heli skiing in the most amazing terrain on the planet. We can't go back to the Alps. No need to take off your ski boots (or clothes), spa looks over a gorgeous view of frozen landscape, burgers are brill ! & the ever open audition for Wayne's World caps...

From this traditional hotel in Sweden ,which we stopped at on a trip from our cruise ship on a trip to see the Northern Lights .As it had been snowing it was very pretty ,and we were able to buy morning drinks which warmed us up
