The hotel is basic but conveniently located near university. The rooms we good size, clean and very quiet. Staff didn't seem to speak any English but they were always around. We will definitely stay there again.

If you have (academic, or other) business in Akademgorodok, this is practically your only choice. Walking distance to the House of Scientists, where conferences are held. English/speaking reception desk staff (during working hours, not always during night shifts) . Rooms are clean, bed is ok, shower operates, even on floor 8, but nothing more. Rooms may be overheated in times....

The room was modern and comfortable - we had good internet and plenty of hot water. There was also a great view over the new university buildings. Each morning, the staff in the restaurant made us feel really welcome and the ladies who cleaned the room were thorough and helpful when we needed something. Breakfast itself was good (porridge, eggs,...

Convenient for conferences in Akademgorodok, nothing more than Soviet style rooms (clean but no wi-fi in the rooms) and separate pricing for breakfast of fixed composition. Good view from the rooms on the higher floors.

From the beginning, we tried to choose the best option in this hotel. The most expensive luxury suite had 2 rooms - bedroom and sitting-room. There was also a toilet room with bidet and a bathroom with a bath. There was also an air-conditioner (didn't work) and a standing fan (worked well). The suite was clean and relatively large. The...

This hotel needs a vigorous update. Let me say right away that it isn't too terrible (that's why the 2 stars) - the basics are covered, and if you need a place in this area, you can survive a stay at this hotel. But it would not take much effort to improve it. You can clearly feel the lack of...

Positives: Room is large. Bed is comfortable. Restaurant located in the hotel with decent food. Some shopping available nearby. The hotel is close to a marshrutka station. Marshrutkas are a price friendly mini buses that take you downtown. You can ask the hotel which one you need to take. Negatives: They charged us 25% extra to book rooms in advance....

Reasonable hotel and restaurant/bars. Spoilt by rudeness and unco-operativeness of some members of staff. Until relatively recently it was the only hotel in town, other than a very Russian one in nearby Berdsk. Both are conveniently situated for nearby restaurants, Zhilly-Bili.

There isn't much choice of hotels in Akademgorodok and I was prepared for anything. This hotel delivers exactly what it promises. It is spotlessly clean, the rooms have been renewed (at least mine had - I think they all have been) and while the room was small and basic it was perfectly practical. A huge plus for me is that...

We went to attend a conference and to observe total solar eclipse. The location was excellent for us as it was nearer to both Novosibirsk State University (NBU) as well as Budkar Institute of Nuclear Physics (BINP), though little far from Novosibirsk. The hotel is magnificent with incredible services. It has an ATM counter just near the entrance, found to...
