What a pleasant stay. when we arrived on a Friday night we were slightly concerned as the pub had live music which was very loud. However, the guest rooms are in a separate building behind the pub area so the noise is not noticeable. When we arrived we were welcomed by the staff in a very friendly manner. Unfortunately, the... We stayed at The Langley Arms for one night recently. Our room was what I assume would have been the attic space originally (double deluxe). It was a large room, very clean and comfortable with private bathroom. The room had exposed beams and the building has a lot of original features. A continental breakfast was included in the price but... More

We are traveling by motorcycle and thus lack room to carry things like hair dryers and full compliment of toiletries. This hasn't been a problem in 12 of the 13 B&Bs and hotels we have stayed at on our UK tour, however it was at the Langley Arms. There was a dispenser for hand soap, but nothing else. No shampoo,... Very pleasantly and efficiently received. Everything was explained clearly and simply - room, dining arrangements, times and so on. Good situation. Room was spacious with all we could want. Breakfast was cooked ready at the time we requested, well presented with plenty of 'sides'. Very difficult to find fault at all. Thanks.

My husband and I stayed in a king size room at the top of the house. The room was spacious, the bed comfy, shower good and everywhere was clean. The B and B rooms are located in an old farmhouse at the rear of the pub so it was quiet and we were not disturbed by any noise from the... More

Stayed only for a night, and it was a lot more friendly and quaintly 'rough around the edges'. A pleasant greeting at breakfast, and a warm welcome at the bar to pick up the keys. The room was clean and comfy. The only issue I observed was that, because of the position of the car park in relation to the... More

A bunch of us needed B&B for one night as we attended a friend's birthday party in Kingswood. Most of our friends booked into the Premier Inn 10 minutes walk away, we prefer private B&B's where possible for a similar price. For less than the cost of a Premier Inn including breakfast this place is a beauty, we had a... More

The hotel is really nice, located in a peaceful area and provides clean and comfortable bedrooms. Pleasant and polite staff, nothing to complain about apart from the after-stay care. My manager and I were on a business trip in the UK and decided to stay over at Langley Arms. Only after we went back to Germany I realized that I... More

We were lucky enough to have one of the attic rooms, which was surprisingly spacious but let down slightly by the lack of space and functionality in the bathroom. The shower would have benefited from a bit more manoeuvring space and a shelf for our toiletries (thanks to other reviewers we knew to bring our own). We loved the character... More

Stayed here on a Friday night and the music was blaring until well past 23:30. Thankfully we had ear plugs in our luggage. Then woke up the next morning only to be thankful for packing some toiletries as there weren't any provided by the B&B. Once you get over these two facts, it's a lovely building. Nice and quiet in...
