This is a very nice hotel where a friend of mine and I stayed in while hiking the GR-11 trail. Marisa and her husband were excellent hostesses. Fiorenzo was nice enough to pick us up at Hiriberri, a nearby town where the trail ends, and drive us back to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the...

This hotel would be enjoyable just for the pleasant location and beautiful surroundings. When you add the personal touch of Marisa and Fiorenzo, it creates the feeling of home with old family members. I cannot wait to return again soon.

This hotel is superb. Immaculate, modern while rustic, ecofriendly, and greatly located. The owners are so very friendly and extremely professional as well as very helpful when suggesting where to go to make the most of the stunning valley the are in. Hotel Aribe in the middle of the Pyrenees is a jewel. Marisa and Fiorenzo created the best hotel in the middle of the Irati Forest. We were a family of twelve, ranging in ages from 3 to 83 years. Everyone had a great time. The construction is gorgeous with great attention to details such as leaving some of the original...

Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was adequate and included in the price. Dinner was beautiful - cooked by the owner/barman/chef. We enjoyed a lovely relaxed time in the...

This was my second visit to the Aribe Hotel, this time with a friend. We just could not believe how helpful and hospitable the hosts Marisa and Fiorenzo were.. The hotel is so well situated for a variety of sights. On the south side is a beautiful lake and Pamplona City. To the north is another beautiful lake and a...

Hotel Aribe is owned and run by Marissa and her husband, who is also the chef. The building has been completely restored with the double rooms being full apartments. We arrived in a group of 11 hungry and dirty cyclists after cycling 120km. Marissa immediately got us seated and a range of options made available for our lunch. €12.50 later...

We stumbled onto this place while driving towards st jean pied a port. Wonderful hosts, a very good dinner ( the only place in town) and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic; excellent coffee, juice, toast, jam and sweets. Our hosts helped us with Basque language words to enable us to be better visitors in the Basque region.
