My second stay here in my 90 day Greek odessey, and that says a lot, as it was about 500€ to haul back out here rt on Blue Star Ferries with our long term rental car (hybrid cars are so hard to find to rent we aren't letting her go, lol). We initially stayed her about a month ago, first time on Naxos (early October first & early November now), booked for 5 nights. While we had a 10 night booking on the mainland prepaid, we loved Liana so much that we stayed here another 9 nights (even though it meant a few room changes, which were effortless due to the 5* staff). I could write 20 paragraphs about my love for here, it's staff, lovely active/involved owner, design, how Zen it all is... 💗💗💗

We chose to stay at the Liana and I am so happy we did. I was a little concerned because it was right across from the beach and I thought it would be overrun. But since we went the first week in October it wasn’t as busy and it was so nice to be right across from the beach. The people were nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had views of the sea, which I would recommend. The breakfast was a good buffet with eggs, bacon and mini croissants. Also juice, coffee, yogurts. The private hot tubs are nice, but more like pools, because the water isn’t really hot. We also used the sauna and common hot tub, which was nice. The best thing was having room service on the beach. They have lounge chairs for your use and you can order drinks and food while at the beach. So nice! Best thing. I would recommend going in September though, because the weather in October wasn’t as warm as I hoped, a little to cold to swim in the sea or the pool. Also, it was very windy. Also had a huge bag of laundry done for 15 euros.

We booked this hotel as the beach part of our 3 Island Honeymoon, and were not disappointed. We booked direct with the hotel online, which afforded us with some perks. The first being collected from the port. Our driver was Nico. A really helpful and friendly guy with perfect English -helps being married to an English lady. Our room was overlooking the garden/bar/beach and was lovely and cool - a/c worked a treat. Breakfast was good with a great choice of hot and cold food. We had dinner one evening in the new Symposium restaurant. I had the salmon en papillote, and it was quite possibly the most tasty salmon dish I have ever had. The beach was well equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The sea was freezing and was really tricky to climb out of - quite a big shelf to negotiate. My only niggle, was the bed. It was twin beds pushed together to make a king size. A pet hate of mine. Also, the bed had quite a thick mattress topper (to simulate a single mattress ??). Whilst this made the bed super comfy, it also made it very hot. My back was sweating every morning I woke up. Overall, a great hotel and would definitely stay here again, if we ever returned to Naxos
