+ near metro + 20min walk from central trainstation + bike rental + 7/11,10min away + price/quality + staff + clean + breakfast + quiet neighbourhood - shower: you can't properly wash yourself as the water sprinkles to the walls and not you - thin walls and windows, a bit noisy so take earplugs with you - room could have...

We found this hotel suited our needs. All we wanted was a clean bed for two nights. The rooms are small with minimal storage. However, for a stopover, it is good value for money in a clean hotel, in a great location. Close to everything. We found the staff very helpful and friendly.

We stayed with a group of friends. Some of us could check in before 15, some of us not. Very slow an ineffective check-in and -out process. Good beds. Shower room was not good. Curtain broken, difficult to get enough water out of the shower, difficult faucets. Free Wi-Fi was good. The floor flooded. Good breakfast for 75 danish kronor....

The hotel is situated 4 min walk from metro Forum and is very convenient arriving from airport. This metro station is just 20 min by M2 metro line from the airport. While in the airport, buy ticket to Norreport - that will be 3 zones ticket for 36 DK for adult. It takes about 15 min to walk to the...

I stayed at CabInn Scandinavia twice, at the beginning and end of a month-long trip to Denmark. It is not a hotel for business travelers, as the rooms and baths are quite compact. That being said, the rooms have everything one needs if traveling solo and not spending many daytime hours in the room. The room is small, but most...

What started as a nice city trip on Saturday April 22, 2017 became a dump. My husband and I arrived at the hotel CABINN SCANDINAVIA at 13.00. When my husband walked to the desk with the reservation papers to check us in, the male counter employee Mr. Mads Frederiksen bearly looked at him and said, the hotel check in is...

Copenhagen is a beatiful, but not cheap city. Cabinn Scandinavia is relatively inexpensive and at convenient location near the Forum metro station. So there must be a catch. Due to low price, frequent guests are young people apparently coming to Copenhagen primarily to drink a lot, smoke in the room and make noise half the night. The bathroom is ultra...

Copenhagen is expensive. We are a family of four with two teens. The only pro of the hotel is that it is cheap...relatively speaking to other places in Copenhagen. The beds are stacked in an interesting fashion and you have to make them yourselves. The bathroom is like an airplane bathroom with a shower. It has a reasonably priced breakfast...

The family room as they call it, are 3 bunk beds stacked up on each other and a pull out cot that is a thin mat on a metal frame (not comfortable at all). The top bunk is not suitable for children as it's about 3 to 4 meters up and has wide spaces in the railing. The next bunk...

Very basic hotel in downtown Copenhagen. Very small room with small bed, bathroom that is not convenient (be aware when you have a shower, the whole bathroom will be completely wet) and breakfast more than basic. Not worth the price.

Staying in Frederiksberg

Neighbourhood Profile
Located between Noerrebro and Vesterbro you’ll find Frederiksberg, which is actually a municipality in itself but completely surrounded by Copenhagen. Here there are several fine theaters, from the experimental to the great Det Ny Teater (The New Theater) which specializes in transcribing the great London and New York musicals into Danish, and has done so for several years with huge success. In Frederiksberg you’ll find Denmark’s most beautiful (and expensive) city villas. These 4-5 square miles form the Beverly Hills of Copenhagen. Here you’ll also find Frederiksberg Have (Garden) which sports huge outdoor concerts, from classical to electronic dance music. To top it off, dining options range from cozy family restaurants to some of the area’s most trendy cafés.
