Spend five days here and had a great time. Hotel is nice and tidy and the staff is very helpful. There's also good wifi available free of charge for those of you who can't live without it. :-) There are several walks, hikes, bike trails in the surroundings and you can get great help from the nearby tourist info. With...

We've been here each summer for the last 2 years now. Great service, great food and excellent room and conditions. We had free bikes to use any day, pool, pond, great breakfast and lovely waiters! Definitely one of the places you have to visit or stay at if you plan on going to the Salzburg magnificent mountain area.

Booked it via internet for short stay during our weekly visit in Austria for ski. The hotel is perfectly located and easy to find. It is IDEAL for kids and families. Rooms are clean and of adequate size. Bathroom is very clean. Lacked toiletries, but we had ours. Dinner (a la carte) was absolutely AMAZING. Staff was very helpful and...

The Roemerhof provides a hearty welcome and a comfortable, unpretentious place to take on the Grossglocknerstrasse. The rooms are reasonably comfortable and clean, and the WiFi seems to be adequate all over the premises. In mid-September, the clientele appeared to be made up of hikers, motorcyclists, and bicyclists out to climb the winding road to the Grossglockner pass. We had...

Hotel Romerhof is situated on the only road, the Gloss Glockner, over the Alps in this part of Austria. It is in an area known for hiking, biking, rock climbing, motorbiking and cycling. If you participate in any of these activities what you want out of a hotel with a restaurant is mostly clean and convenient and that's what Hotel...

Dear Sir or Madam, thank you for your feedback. First of all we really regret that you have stayed just one night in our hotel and could not receive/use all facilities we offer. If you would have stayed longer you could use our kneipp basin, outdoor pond (24 hours available), spa facilities and indoor pool to recover your body. Our...

This is a lovely hotel at the bottom of the Grosslockner mountain. Free parking. Excellent a la carte food in the restaurant. We were only bed and breakfast but after dining there the first night we did not go anywhere else. You get bike hire for free which is excellent. Indoor pool is nice. Only compliant was the watered down...

Pros and cons of this hotel....can't think of any cons! We, family of 4, stayed here for two nights the end of July. We had a suite with an extra room for the kids and a large balcony with relaxing view of the church, village and mountains. Staff made us feel welcome upon arrival, free parking, friendly staff in the...

We stayed here because of the close location of the Grossglockner pass. It is perfect for the keen motorist and biker as you can watch all the different types of vehicles going up to the pass. We stayed in one of the apartments and was really nice and spacious. It had all the things you need in an apartment and...
