I came here for two nights sleep. It was good to be here. The staff is very friendly and helped me out fine. Wifi is good food is good both breakfast and dinner. When I had to leave early for my departing flight they had a free breakfast package. The room was on the ground floor. Basic but ok. It could use an upgrade. It was a bit noisy. But after all it is an airport hotel. All in close vicinity of the airport.
Plane cancellation forced stay here - the disappointment after 5 hours delay in the airport followed by the knowledge that you have another 24 hours to wait before going home already jades your view of this hotel although the staff work really hard to deal with tired ratty customers - the aircon works, the bathrooms are recently updated - carpets could do with replacing but better than spending a night in the airport. Outside pool surprisingly pleasant and a godsend for people with small kids. Wifi a bit patchy. Food basic. Small bar. Wasn’t that bad for an overnight stay and only 5 minutes back to airport
Only here due to the BHX flight delay on 3rd June 22 . Room 1206 we were given a key to somebody was in bed in It. Room 2 which was 133 it was a smoking room the smell was nauseating & neither of us smoke so we went back to reception. Third time lucky ? Room 133 was the only room they could offer or sit up all night on a sofa in reception. I wasn't very well so this was not an option. Room 133 was an assessible room. 2 single beds, one on right had been slept in & not changed. Cigarette burns all over the carpet & the sofa. Pubic head & dark long hair over the bathroom floor. Bathroom fitments hanging off the wall . In the bedroom the skirting board had partly been removed & there were one inch nails / tack sticking out from the skirting board that my Husband caught his leg on. You opened the balcony doors which were like a french balcony & the hotel staff are standing below smoking. When we were told we staying here the night I had no issues as I book many a holiday for Clients to other Lykia Properties .This hotel resort is possibly the most disgusting & dirty place I have seen 37 years selling holidays. As we were leaving to go back to the airport there were new Families arriving & my heart really does go out to them , they were in for a shock when they got their room keys later that day. The Jet2 Cabin Crew asked us where we had stayed & we told them & they are repeatedly asking for this hotel not to be used for crew or passengers. …
Jet2 flight cancelled/delayed to BHX and they put me and my family here. This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. The carpeted floor is filthy, the rooms smell of old cigarettes and is far way from accommodating. I have a 15 and 19 year old who they have put in a double bed. When asked if they could have singles was advised that they do not have space. I was informed that I would be staying at a like for like hotel but this is not. Jet2 have ruined my holiday. I would not recommend using there airline as this could happen to you if your flight gets cancelled. Shame on you Jet2 for even considering this hotel for passengers who spent 1000s with your airline on flights. My wife is now having breathing issues as she suffers with asthma. The place is filthy.
Visited for two nights prior to retreat visit. Equipment in gym was dated and rusty. Images on website clearly quite old. Rooms were clean, but furniture tired. Floor flooded everything I took bath or shower. Carpet tired and needs replacing. Breakfast was disappointing, tinned fruit and limited fruit selection. Advised I was wheat intolerant no alternative offered. Had great spoon salad in the bar restaurant. I regretfully left an item of jewellery which was conveniently not found, despite being very clear about where it was left. Disappointing. Certainly not 4 star.
A transit stop off whilst Istanbul was snowed in, room was reasonable, clean and comfortable for what turned out to be 2 nights. Food was plentiful and of a decent standard, something for prob all the fussiest of eaters. Staff on the whole were pleasant and helpful, particularly the ladies on reception during the day shift. The hotel itself is starting to show its age, looking dated and in need of a refurbishment, most apparent around the indoor pool area. A gym and cardio area exist for those with a more athletic need. It’s location was probably midway between the airport and Dalaman centre, a £2 taxi ride in either direction, so that hardly breaks the bank.
The massage by a skilled & attentive guy was the capstone of my visit -- but the quiet, the food, the spacious room and location couldn't be better. Glad to have a car here though, as dolmus & taxi were inconvenient. Check-in lady was thoughtful and helpful too, with driving advice and giving me the most deliciously silent nights in months of travel. In peak season it may be bubbling with families here for the pool & water slide, but the location out of town is peaceful and a nice base to explore the area. Good dinner buffet makes it a fine stay I extended twice.
Great location Lovely food Rooms good quality Service good Cleanliness on point Facilities amazing for cost of stay Good service all staff very helpful Airport near Dalaman centre close Handy for travel to different locations
me and my family of three, (husband and 7 month baby) are visiting different cities in Turkey and first stop was Dalaman where I gave this hotel a go. I did read some negative reviews but gave it the benefit of the doubt and booked. customer service was appalling firstly, the room was in a bad state and the breakfast was awful. bedroom was a King bed, but was given a single duvet that didn't even cover half of the bed let alone me and my husband. There was stains on the carpet and just smells very bad. i woke up 7am and was given a big blob of eggs as if I was in prison with no option or variety. Second night was worse, the night staff were drinking , when my husband went down to ask for a bigger duvet that actually covered us, in return he was racially abused and sworn at by the so - called manager. the staff were laughing and obviously had drank too much. we have raised this with booking.com as we are fuming and it is under investigation. overall, awful start to our holiday and so glad to be out of there and into our next hotel where we are treated like humans! avoid avoid avoid…
The hotel is immaculately clean, the rooms are comfortable and really nice, the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. I arrived on Sunday night of 3rd October for a short one night stay over prior to a very early morning flight to Ankara the following morning. I was greeted by the young lady on reception who was really lovely, helpful and courteous. My room was very nice indeed, comfortable and in even had a small balcony, which was delightful.
