We booked two rooms with connection. The rooms are really very small and the bath and room interior needs renovation (bad smell from the sink and no fan and not window in the bath). All together it really is not more than a low average pension from the offered standart. That is definitly not worth 200€. I have no idea...

Dear Sir, Thank you for your estimation. You are right - you had booked the smallest rooms we have - 18-20 m²- what we have described in our offer. The bath rooms are NEW renovated one year before. The fan is automatically and Switches on several times a day. I can remember, that you asked me about this and I...

We have visited Kirchdorf for 20 years and this year we booked into Oberhabach...well, all I can say is we saved the BEST for last...should have come here years ago. Lovely ambience, peaceful and the most divine food! Top class cuisine for evening meals...don't need to go anywhere else. Absolutely wonderful. The family are friendly and the best host/hostesses. Would...

Absolutely nothing to moan and grumble about. This place is the family pride, and guests are made to feel comfortable on arrival till departure. That is besides the excellent dinners, choice of wines, and the friendly atmosphere.

There were only a few other reviews to go by on this small family run hotel and we agree whole heartedly with them. This is a real gem of a find. On arrival we were greeted by the lovely Marlen and given a glass of bubbly and homemade cake. (The cake became an afternoon ritual for my sons.) We met...

We stayed here in February of 2012 for one week of skiing and are thrilled to have found this absolute GEM. You will find the place to be exceptionally clean and cosy. The Seiwald family is extremely genuine and welcoming and the quality of food is FIVE STARS home-cooked by Frau Seiwald herself. The family dog, Rocco, was all the...

We just returned from a 5-day ski trip to Kirchdorf in Tirol and have to rave about another wonderful experience at Feriengut Oberhabach (we stayed there in January 2007 as well). This is a family-run pension that truly makes you feel part of the family. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted, remembered (even from only...

“All the rooms are spotless. Room 22 with the bunk bed "cupboard" great for families plus has a bath & a huge corner balcony. Most rooms are just showers. As a couple room 23 slap bang in the middle of the 1st floor balcony looked very spacious. Rooms 24 & 25 were great for a small familyalthough the balcony is the the closest to the main road.”

“For families with kids, there are rooms with bunk beds. We did not get one of those, but will ask for one next time.”
