We stayed at Vila Carita in early October of this year. My sentiments echo the bulk of the reviews already posted: great location with a wonderful view of the vineyards; simple, clean apartments (the kitchen was fine, but don't plan on cooking any elaborate spreads); very good bathroom and shower. Cinzia let us know she and her husband would be...

We stayed in one of the garden suites - a simple self catered room with kitchen/dining/sitting area. It was basic but comfortable and clean. The setting however is fantastic - with a private garden area backing onto the vineyards with views across the valley towards Barolo. Simply stunning and a lovely place to relax with a glass of wine before...

This was our third time but most propably the last time staying in Villa Carita. The couple running the place is totally lacking customer service skills and worst of all no customer service attitude. What a shame that they are in charge of this beautiful place.

We found Villa Carita in an old LP guide (8 years old) and decided to give it a try. Simply put, we were amazed. We stayed 6 nights and explored the entire Langhe region, using Villa Carita as our base. We stayed in one of the lower level suites with private aitting area 2 meters from the famous Barolo vines...

We stayed in one of the vineyard rooms with an absolutely stunning view. The suite was very large and comfortable, but the french doors to the little garden table made the whole thing extra special. We were able to walk from there to everything in LaMorra. We even made the walk through the vineyards to Barolo - not really recommended...

Try and call them, nobody answers the phone (ever). That means if you get lost driving there you are out of luck. Also be careful if you ask for a refund. I asked for a refund over a month ago and have not received it.

We spent a weekend in Villa Carita, which turned out to be very memorable. Firstly the location is amazing, within walking distance of La Morra and with the most amazing view. Secondly we had a snowstorm on the Saturday, which turned the whole winelands area into a winter wonderland. The whole weekend was very relaxing, with great wine, great food,...

We stayed at Villa Carita near La Morra during a recent tour of Barolo wineries. The villa is situated directly in a vineyard with unbelievably beautiful views. We stayed in 2 of their 4 rooms which were charming, well-appointed and very comfortable. The owners were friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this to...

My wife and I stayed here five days late September 2013. My expectations were high based on all I had read, but were easily met by this gorgeous property. We had a vineyard room that opened out to the valley east and La Morra north. To sit in the morning or evening and listen to sounds of work in the...
