This is a delightful little hotel, bang in the middle of the storical center of Montefiascone. Clean as a whistle it follows ALL the safety precautions against Covid and the rooms are spotless. I go to Montefiascone often, and I always stay here. The actual building is full of authentic history and charm, and the proprietor, Luana and Daniela are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this establishment and will always be a loyal customer. Enjoy the rooftop terrace too! Rebecca

We walked the Via Francigena so the Location was on the dot!!! Most beautiful place, comfortable spacious rooms. Our room had a terrace with breathtaking views of Lake Bolsena as well as the Basilica. The Hotel was so good to check us in early as well as early checkout with a packed breakfast. The Hotel had the most beautiful Restaurant, but unfortunately there was not enough bookings for dinner! Our bathroom only had a bath, little bit of a small bath and no shower. This really is only personal preference!

I recently stayed here 1 night during a walking tour. Our route manager admitted it was not up to par with other "superior" accommodations but that it was the best the town had to offer. The location was great and, at first glance, it appeared to be lovely. However, the cold reception we received while checking in immediately set an unfavorable tone for our stay. Perhaps the staff person was having a bad day but that really is no excuse for treating us like we were an annoyance. I will say the second staff person we dealt with the following morning was very kind. I was excited for the rooftop terrace but disgusted when, upon arrival, we found dirty dishes (that had obviously been there awhile) and dead plants. Speaking of dead plants, the hotel is decorated with lots of dried flower arrangements that have seen better days. The facility just needs a little bit of TLC and it could be so much nicer. The room was fine for 1 night and the breakfast ok - nothing special but not terrible.

Stayed here for one night while walking the Via Francigena. It’s in a great location right in the path. We were very luck to be able to check in just after one and our room was perfect. Big spacious and clean with a small balcony. I think it was the best water pressure in a hotel shower that I’ve every had. Breakfast was good. Plenty to eat. Staff were very friendly. I would recommend the hotel

Hotel was great, open, light with sitting areas on the lower floor both in & outside. Clean & spacious room with an ensuite. Had a small balcony area which allowed us to wash & hang clothes. Breakfast is included & was very filling with many options.
