Friendly, clean, well organized! We were 6 persons and stayed in Strasbourg for the weekend. All of us have the same opinion. Everything worked fine and we experienced professional, customer focussed attitudes. Congratulations to the staff!

We stopped in Chambery on the way back from a ski trip to Les Arcs. The hotel was perfect for our party. Comfortable and reasonably priced. Right in the middle of the old town with wonderful restaurants, bars and good shops. we stayed on a Saturday night but our rooms were very quiet. I would certainly like to return and...

Great value, Small clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. En suite is v small but new, clean and functional. Great location. We didn't use 'The Spa' so no comment . Peeked in at The Gym, which is a very small internal room with 3 machine s. I can't believe it would get much use. Breakfast was not bad at...

A short walk from the train station and ideally located for exploring the town. Comfy bed, very good shower and good value breakfast. The owners son and daughter were very friendly and helpful and added a personal touch to our stay

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting friends. Great location, warm friendly service and very cosy room! We were too busy to use the spa and gym however looked lovely. Breakfast was good but lots of beautiful cafes in the area if you want a more traditional French experience.

We stayed one night here. The location was great just in the centre of the main old town with all the sights, shops etc on your doorstep. Parking is in the public car park around the corner. Breakfast is basic but was included in our room rate. This is a bit of a budget hotel but the major drawback is...

Room was combination of wood and rock on the walls. Hotel has a great wibe and I would say it is kind of combination of modern and home feeling. Staff was amazing and...

The Hotel des Princes is about a fifteen minute walk from the train station and located within easy walking distance of the elephant fountain, the castle and the old town area. Our room was clean and comfortable with a good bed and a great shower. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

We stayed one night, wish we had more. We arrived late and booked last minute. Desk was open late which is a plus in Europe, especially if you are traveling and booking rooms on the fly. We parked 2 blocks away in secure underground parking (for a fee). Our room was decent size for Europe, very clean and quite. Nice...
