We took a short winter holiday break up in Northumberland and were keen to explore the county, especially up and down the coastline. After looking at the options we decided to treat ourselves to a cottage stay with Village Farm Cottages. Our first choice (Brooks Cottage - sleeps 2) was not available, so we were offered Wool Cottage instead (sleeps...

This is our second visit to Village Farm, we booked Cedar this time which was located next door to the spa/leisure facilities which are great. The chalet was clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped. I would highly recommend this holiday destination, Northumberland is beautiful. Can't wait to come back!

The facilities are excellent- a games room, swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym to name a few!. The location is great too - a small village with Alnwick and...

The three cottages were ideal, warm as toast, with a lovely wood burner, fully equipped, clean and very comfortable beds.
