This place is actually good, but at time of my visit, the elevator was broken and I don't think it will be fixed anytime soon. So, we went to third floor by quite steep stairs. The view from the private pool was nice. Bathtub was oversized and you have to go through this tub to go to and use the private pool. TV cable was poor. Internet was decent. The food was good and affordable. However, the services were poor. We have to turn on the lights in the hallway by ourselves each evening. Bell boy services were slow. Parking space was small and the driveway was narrow; use smaller car to visit this place.

I'm quite not happy at all holiday this december..reduce staff, room. Not clean, don't have face towel, etc. Make me stress we must clean again the floor. Feel like stay at losmen . This is second hotel we stay.and all same problem. Make me afraid holiday to bali.again if like this

I never imagine that Hideaway Bali Villas could provide us the best view and ambience we ever had. The staff are provide very good service. The room and the interior are quite clean and comfort. I am planning to stay again on this villa next year.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, beautiful private villa for honeymoon also for family, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I could not speak more highly about this hotel! My boyfriend and I stayed here were greeted with some of the best customer service. We met a friendly staff namely SURYA for checking in, he was very helpfull, he also provided some incredible food and good place to visit recommendations! I will definitely stay here again!

According to the name, the location is pretty far from the main road. Which is good. Making the resort quiet and comfortable. The living room is an open space giving a good breathing room to relax. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. The cutleries and cookwares are on request. Surprisingly they provide espresso machine as well. The bedroom have a very big and comfortable bed. Sleeping two adults and a toddler still leave you some space to roll around. Safe deposit box also provided. The bathroom is pretty spacious with big bathtub and separate shower. The toiletries awe me as they used the branded one. Instead of the usual cheap ones. The pool is pretty big, just the downside is the water sometimes flow to the entrance stair when the drainage flooded. No shower outside. So you have to go back to the bathroom to shower yourself after swimming. The breakfast are delicious. Haven't tried the restaurant menu. But it seems good as well. Last but not the least. The staff are warm and welcoming. Everyone greets us with a big smile. They happily help us with any request, even on our prearrival. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Hope we can come again soon :)…
