This hotel is my only place of stay when in Adelaide. It is modern, the staff are friendly and the food is fabulous. Car parking is on site. The hotel is close to most services and quiet. Don't hesitate to talk to them about rates; they are very competitive.

Rooms are clean and nice. However, due to holiday seasons We couldn't get the car park next to the unit we stayed. Need to pull the baggage 200 meters. We took two bed rooms and shared bath rooms. Kids enjoyed the stay.

This hotel is typical of rural Australia. The sheets are clean. The staff are really helpful. The food is old style, but great tasting. The rooms are big. However, the carpets need replacing, the bathrooms are long overdue for an overhaul, although they are clean and everything works. The airconditioners should have been replaced a while ago.

Hi John, Thanks for the review. While Mawson Lakes is certainly a suburban area (not quite rural), we like to think we compare very favourably to the CBD hotels in both quality and price. Your feedback is acknowledged and we will use them to improve our business in the areas mentioned. Peter Oliver Guest Services Manager

The room was a decent room for a business trip. No real frills, just good basic accommodation. There is no room make-up service on Sunday. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was parking was tight and I did have a close encounter with a support beam.

The accommodation and staff in reception were fantastic. The staff in the function were fantastic yet the food in bistro I don't rate at all. I asked for special requirements due to severe medical conditions and they were not complied to and the managers and staff were rude and didn't help at all. will be back for accommodation but not...

The room was OK and well appointed. I was there for a meeting. Food was dreadful. Catered lunches inedible. Breakfasts obviously prepared a long time in advance. No atmosphere in the dining and bar areas.

“second floor in the central apartments is very quiet. Their is an elevator for those that don't want to struggle getting their luggage up the stairs. Otherwise every room is probably very much the same. Myself and my colleagues have been staying here for some time now and it is our go to place. I even talked another chap who usually stays in North Adelaide into staying with us and he was pleasantly surprised and has vowed to use them again.”
