This hotel has stunning area for kids. They have rice field follow by mini zoo, you can feed the rabbit or riding horse. Indoor playground is big too, and they already cover the floor with playmat. For the room, we booked mountain view. The bathroom is quite luxurious they use grohe for the shower which has 4 type of stream, and the bathtub is nice. But the shower box can not fully close, there is still around 3-4 cm gap So the floor outside will be splash. This is a difficult review. Le Emincen is lovely and would normally merit a 5 star review. But the health protocol enforcement is hugely disappointing. Considered rating our experience as 3 stars as a result ,but settled with 4 stars.
The hotel is a beautiful place to stay in Puncak. Surrounding is green and peaceful, love the view of the mountain and running river. We tried the restaurants in the lobby and 18th floor, food were consistently good and reasonably priced. The ondeh ondeh in the lobby is a nice touch. Staff was good and polite, their English was mostly decent and communication was easy. There were also lots of activities in the hotel area including rabbit and deer feeding, flying fox and much more
However, if you are strict on COVID health protocol, be very careful and be prepared to be disappointed. The hotel does have posters reminding guests on health protocol but they were rarely enforced. As a result there were guests not wearing masks in public areas including in the elevators which made taking elevators a real uncomfortable experience filled with anxiety. The breakfast buffet was way too crowded especially when they bring in tour groups from outside. During the pandemic, it’s really inviting trouble. We didn’t have breakfast at all during our 3 nights stay. Basically the hotel depends on guests self compliance with health protocol. We didn’t see any effort from hotel staff to implement rules.
We met I suppose one of the managers upon check out and recommended the following:
1) strict implementation of health protocol including staff reminding guests who don’t comply. Yes you may lose a few guests this way, but poor health protocol will also result in the hotel losing high end guests and worse, should there be a COVID infection/case may even be temporarily closed.
2) Have a lift attendant in every elevator. The attendants should control the number of guests using the elevators (maximum 4-6) and that everyone wears masks properly.
3) Limit the number of guests during breakfast using staggered time schedule. Make sure there is proper distance between tables and consider serving the food instead of a free for all buffet. Perhaps even open up a 2nd venue instead of just the 15th floor.
The manager we spoke to was polite and apologetic, but apologies doesn’t solve the problem. Action must be taken to implement health protocol. Don’t just rely on posters and guests self compliance.

Book Eminence Suite for family staycation for one night and expecting nice room with swimming pool. Check-in and find a pool dirty (not circulated), smelly bathroom and at night found clogged kitchen sink.. For me it looks like that they did not prepare and check the room properly prior to Guess Check-in. Really disappointed with the room. As for the view, it has good view with clean river and many outdoor activities.

Excellent hotel,beautiful setting with view of mountain, river and rice paddy. All the staff are extremely polite and friendly and very helpful always with big smile. Breakfast is huge, choices of western, Arabic and Indonesian food, excellent quality. The service is top notch, especially the chef Angga,waitress Soni,Jodi,Andri, etc,Gilang the restaurant supervisor was so helpful. Spa staff, Rinrin was excellent for massage. The reception, check in was smooth ,all the reception staff was very helpful. The room is huge,clean, 4 water bottles in the room daily plus extra snacks delivered daily. Balcony with view of the mountain, river and rice paddy. The walk around the hotel ground is beautiful with exotic birds etc.

Stayed at this hotel last weekend with fam, the smiling security staff welcoming us warmly, fast check in process despite showing us straight forward faces while answering our questions/request. The next thing we cannot sleep due to noisy from the upstairs the whole night although we already complaint to front office. No get back no updates
The most disturbing was happen during breakfast as my wife request for cutlery to one of FB service staff and here his amazing answer "Maaf bu saya lagi sibuk, ibu bisa ambil sendiri di depan" with soft tone dough, but wow never heard such answer in my lifetime from hotel staff. Refresh training is required
Good services were given by the bellboy (forget his name). He offered me his motorbike to car park as I left something in my car since the location is quite far from the lobby. later in the evening, he also took me to nearest minimarket with his motorbike instead he told me to driving my car for only 400 meters. I can see his genuine providing extra mile services. I still give rating not less than 3 stars because of his services.

We stayed at Le Eminence for 1 night. In the lobby we saw a banner for Romantic Dinner starts from 600k, so we got impulsive and made a reservation for our (late) anniversary dinner right away. Mas Trisna helped to prepare our dinner (which normally should be booked 1 day in advance). All the food was great and we also got great & professional service from Mas Trisna which we didn’t expect it from the price. Overall it was very worth the price!
One thing that we think if there’s some music played in background, it may add into the ambience and overall experience. Will recommend to friends and family! 5/5 🌟

After had 3456x doubts of booking a stay in this pandemic situation, we finally made a reservation at Le Eminence, Puncak. We thought if we finally do vacation it has to be worth the experience, at least for our daughter.
They have good view of mountain peaks, outdoor activity area with rice field, walking track, river, mini zoo. The much needed view and fresh air after 8 months we stayed at home. My daughter get to experienced fog, looking at mountain and clouds in close up and learned about it.
Breakfast still at one time crowded as in 'normal' time, although mask and gloves are mandatory. Rain-as in fog/cloud water droplets are to be expected. Strong wind may occur in rainy season. Parking area not too comfortable, but acceptable.
Staffs all friendly and helpful.

We are here for celebrating our first wedding anniversary. The hotel is very nice, convenient, felt the luxury as well. The hotel also gave us complimentary small cakes written happy honeymoon 😄 and the bfast also awesome, great foods they served here. The hotel located in very strategic place , although you will need extra effort to reach it especially on weekend. But when you arrive, all the effort will pay off. We stayed on Junior Suite Room. I still think it was too much to say it was a junior suite room,i think it was a little bit above deluxe room but not junior suite.
The hotel has a lot of spot to visit, my kid was so excited. The view was also breathtaking. The pool was so nice. You can also play in the water stream, riding horse or rent bicycle. Breakfast food was also great, there was a lot of choice and the coffee was also good.
My husband left his thing when we check out and the staff called us and send the item to our house. Very nice service!! Definitely will be back!

There is No mall around there but in the back the hotel you can do ridding horses, outbourn , there is recreation area.
Tangkuban perahu is so far from there.
