Our linen was included in the price. We did however, have to pay extra for the final cleaning. You can clean the place yourself or pay a little more and they do the final cleaning. We had some condiments that had been left from previous tenants. Our place had sugar, salt, flour, oil and some other items. We also left some spices in our house when we left because we didn't want to take them with us. But there is a grocery store about 5-10min from the house that has most of what you need.
