You just don't find accommodation this price so close to the city. Rooms were basic but still quite nice and a great view of the city. Parking was accessible and cheap and the Chill restaurant offers some delicious food.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. The room we received had power points very close to the floor so that phone chargers could not be plugged in to charge mobile phones. Breakfast was included and was very good.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Facilities within the complex were great. Have stayed in both Mantra and Breakfree and would recommend either depending upon whether you just want a comfy bed and clean room or whether you want a flashier room.

This motel is ideal for convenience, especially when just needing somewhere to stay however the maintenance in my room had been poor. Breeze constantly coming through window, seal gone, staff seemed aware of it when mentioned but no offer to fix or change.

Have experienced some disturbance due to false alarms at night. Have been coming to this motel for a number of years. Have had a few disappointments but generally find this accomodation very good value. Beds are surprisingly comfortable even more so than other accomodation we have used costing much more.

Asked for maintenance to look at fan as it wouldn't turn on, someone came and said they would be back. Well I am still waiting. The fan issue may seem trivial but to have no airflow in a stuffy hotel is horrendous. Rang the restaurant 5 times and nobody bothered to even answer the phone. I understand it gets busy...

It was price which attracted me to break free hotel. At a similar rate to hostel accommodation I was a bit wary of what i might get. I booked the single room with bathroom and toilet. The room was ideal for a single person. It had a single bed, desk, tv, fridge and microwave oven. Tea, coffee and a jug...
