I've stayed in lots of rooms - this was the worst. I had to quickly book a hotel & didn't have time to research before booking. My room was so small that: - it was literally no bigger than my bathroom - the foot of the single bed was underneath the only shelf in the room, so you couldn't sleep...

Very good, I left my iPad in my room it was found and returned. Only bad thing was foxel not working as I wanted to watch the footy. Nice sleep, very comfortable. Have stayed in some of the other rooms which were not as nice as the one I stayed in.

rough and smelly with run down rooms. Food in bar ok and staff not bad though don't expect much enthusiasm for their jobs. Ok as a place to sleep only if you must...You won't want to linger. Preston is called Depreston by locals and has nothing going on and there's nowhere nice to walk quickly from here unless you don't...

I have booked for 11 nights but because of the service we have received we checked out early and went to another hotel. Heater was not working even If we complained it wasn't fixed. We both get badly sick because of the freezing cold.

Great rooms and location .. outside area very messy and pool needs more cleaning. Food although good in size quality variable. Good areas to sit an chat across the site and coffee OK. Would stay again as it is a good location close to transport.

This was my fourth stay here. Pretty good value - budget accomodation. Great food and service downstairs. Good bar and cocktails inside the mantra building. Expensive parking. However close to public transport

Upon leaving I had zipped up my bags and had my purse concealed in my bag. As I walked to the lift there were 3 odd people inside, clearly under the influence of drugs. Dismissed this and waited for the next lift. We kept pressing the button but the lift door kept opening to them. My friend and I, as...

Please see initial feedback as well Our first room was not coping with the sun penetrating and we needed to ask for another room. After we went into our second room all was very good and we enjoyed the remainder of our time

You get what you pay for here. Basic, small rooms and basic breakfast. We paid for a better room, but if this was a nicer room I'd hate to see the cheaper rooms. We were disturbed every night by rowdy guests and it seems this place is also used for student accommodation. It served a purpose while we were house...

The room had a revolting smell and was way over priced for what it was. I felt the staff on check in to be abrupt, not welcoming at all. There was not even a face washer in the linen. If I hadn't of been desperate for a bed there is no way I would have stayed there.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback regarding your stay, and apologies we didn't meet your expectations. As an FYI our hotel 'Sleep & Go' rooms do have face towels, but not our bare bones budget rooms which only have regular & feet towels, we do wish you safe travels, Raph Hotel Manager
