This was our 5th visit to Jayes Cottages and we have stayed in all three. This is our second visit with Lucinda as owner and the standard has increased further since she took over. All cottages are very comfortable and well equipped. The tea and crumpets on arrival was very welcome after a long journey from the north. We were...

We have just spent another very relaxing week in the splendidly equipped and very comfortable Kingfisher Cottage. Cindy & Paul are perfect hosts & nothing seems too much trouble. The homemade scones with cream & jam on arrival were a real treat! Cottage is well positioned as a base for exploring Norfolk & Suffolk. Can’t recommend highly enough. Will be...

Perfect accomodation for wheelchair users with wet room and everything on one level plus various pieces of equipment at made everything so easy. Lovely little garden to sit out and enjoy the wildlife on the lake. Set in...

Excellent location for visiting the sights in Suffolk and Norfolk, and even further afield in Cambridgeshire and Essex. The cottage was warm, very comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of room in the bedroom and bathroom for wheelchair and using a hoist. A shower chair on wheels would have been an advantage but we managed well with the one provided. Wifi...

A lot of thought has gone into these cottages. Little touches like touch bedside lamps, plenty of hooks in bathroom at different heights, bed and chair raisers, furniture that can be moved around, along with extremely friendly and helpful owners means this is our second visit and we will be going back. They even looked after our dogs while we...

Location of property very nice on borders of Norfolk/Suffolk countryside. Property very good however, depending on level of disability firmer mattresses would be an advantage when there are problems with one's balance and also would benefit from having a second rail at the side of lavatory; having said that there were plenty of rails at sink (which is lowered -...
