Room 22 can hear everyone going up or down the stairs and is the one room by the entrance/exit to the stairs and the door to the corridor. Every time either of these doors is opened, the resultant change in air pressure makes the ill fitting door to room 22 rattle. Not a good nights sleep and was woken by...

Stayed 2 nights here. Friendly, helpful staff. There were 2 of us staying and we were only given one hand towel and one bath towel but staff were quick to give us more when we asked. There is no lift. It's a busy location with parking (free) in the adjacent shopping centre, just outside the hotel door. Don't forget to...

Cannot fault this hotel - does exactly what it says on the tin. The staff are very friendly and helpful and on our visit one member of staff went above and beyond and this did not go unnoticed. The hotel is in a little shopping area (OK if you like Iceland and Home Bargains!). The pub next door is a...

Very clean, comfortable night with lovely staff. The room I had also had a bath which I love when I'm away. The room was a lovely temperature when I got into it and I found it a very cosy and comfortable night sleep. Even though it was close to a main road I wasn't disturbed by traffic. be aware though...

Booked in for a couple of days . Room was clean and tidy. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. These were the good bits. Although on the top floor and having double glazing you could still hear the traffic in the early hours. As for the T.V very small very old and the sound was rubbish. Ok for a working break...

Nice clean well kept hotel with good facilities near by and easy access into Bristol town and shops. Adjacent restaurant is appalling with demotivated staff, only use if you have a couple of hours to spare waiting for service. Don't let this put you off the hotel as its a little cracker and great location.
