Great location easy to access Bristol Hippodrome, Ikea, museums and Bristol Zoo. Car parking felt safe. Staff very professional and helpful with any query. Great selection of local information which was up to date and easily accessible in reception. Rooms clean, plenty of hot water and big deep bath!

As always very friendly staff. Standard Premier Inn accommodation. Good free car parking makes it better than city centre if you have a car. Bus stop just outside with good service into the city. Some local shops.

Just what I needed! Usual Premier Inn style place but with no bar/restaurant facilities. 'Brewer's Fayre' next door was so busy at 7.20pm that they couldnt offer me any food until after 9pm!..be warned, the only other places to eat locally are KFC and Subway!!!!

Pokey entrance,no lifts, noisy next to a very busy main road, not too impressed with the area either, seemed in a 50's timewarp, not what we're used to from a Premier Inn,saying that, the rooms are ok,the usual standard of bed,and the staff are friendly. Could do with a makeover!

The entrance and reception are totally unispiring and at the same time set the scene for the rest of the hotel. I actually thought i was entering by the back door ! The rooms are a good size but being next to a busy road expect a lot of noise. Breakfast is taken in the pub next door! Not sure...

Convenient for parking. Buses run all night to town about 30 mins on the number 75. Bristol is a nice place to visit but couldn't find anywhere nearer town that could accommodate parking. Premier Inns are always value for money.

Bad night sleep due to noisy traffic all night coming in through the air vent. the receptionist was not bothered at all that we had a bad night sleep. The room was clean and tidy and had no other problems apart from the man snoring next door!

Hi Samantha I'm really sorry to hear you were kept awake by both the traffic & the guest next door. Our rooms are fully insulated to prevent as much noise as possible so I do apologise you were still disturbed on this occasion. I've passed your comments on to the Operations Manager to be looked into. If you do stay...

I spent 3 nights there and the staff were all excellent. Especially helpful were the staff on the reception desk. The rooms were always clean and tidy and there was easy access to the nearby restaurant for a meal.

The Premier Inn at Filton is not the best Premier Inn I have stayed at. However, it is quite close to the Canford Lane Crematorium, Westbury on Trym, which is where we were going the following day and all we needed was a place to stay the night. We wasted time at breakfast, because it wasn't properly explained how ordering...

As normal a Premier bed and comfortable room, booked a twin had double and single on room. Free wifi always a plus when work to be done. Restaurant attached looks nice but unfortunatly Unknown to us it closed early the night we were there. There is a KFC nearby but we would have liked more comfort and relaxing atmosphere to...

I am furious with the man - who claims he is the manager - on the desk right now this minute. He has annoyed me so much and refuses to allow me to speak to someone else.

I called the other day to ensure I have a quiet room off the ground floor. He did not say the family rooms are only on the ground floor. He marked my booking to the top floor. So what went wrong? He has marked my booking as a double instead of keeping it to a family booking. He said it would be ok as the room could be made into a family room. I am not there yet, but I would check in on Friday and my daughter will have no where to sleep. I would then have to complain and get "someone" to find a bed for her and make it up. WHY HAS THIS HAPPENED?????? I asked him if the "family" bed would be a proper single bed. He said it would be. He then said it would be a sofa bed. I asked him to clarify if it was a proper single bed OR a sofa bed as they are different things. So which is it?? He kept chopping and changing his mind saying it is a proper single bed and it is also a sofa bed. He kept talking over me which got me so angry. I asked him to stop speaking whilst I was speaking.

I did end up swearing at him, that's how angry he made me. He should definitely NOT be on the desk, and I haven't even got there yet!!!

What is my daughter going to be sleeping on? Why was my booking changed?

I have stayed in Premiers so many times over so many years and have never had this negative experience ever before. Premier Inns, what on earth are you doing employing people who have no idea about customer service????? Or the difference between a proper single bed and a sofa bed?????

If I could change my booking or get a refund I would be doing that but I have a non-refundable booking, mores the pity.

I want an urgent and immediate response.
