I regularly stay in Premier Inns and generally they offer great value. This one is some distance from the centre of Bristol. There is plenty of car parking space and the staff were as professional and welcoming as ever. My grouse with this Premier Inn was the state of my room. Clean but hadn't seen a lick of paint for...

Believe your sat nav when it sends you into a retail park and don't panic at the '2 hour maximum stay' signs. The hotel is tucked away at the back of a shopping area and you register your cars details at reception so you can stay without a fine! The staff were local and very knowledgeable about the area -...

Hadn't had a good night's sleep in ages. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, very comfortable bed, nice window where I could watch the sunrise. Also 2min walk from airbus, where I was going

Clean room, usual standard you would expect for premier inn.Only minor complaint was that the fan in our room was on a timer so would switch off every hour. Staff on reception polite and helpful. Close to retail park, kfc, big sainsburys a short drive away. Ideally situated for visiting Bristol.

I visit Filton once a year in the autumn and stayed in this hotel in 2013. No problems then but despite trying to get a room months in advance, the hotel was fully booked in 2014 and last year. I contacted the hotel but they could not explain why this was. There was certainly no 'big event' apparently going on...

Standards are slipping. As regular users of Premier Inns across the country, we are concerned standards are deteriorating. This visit to Filton was ruined when we were checked into a room that clearly smelt of vomit or baby sick. And you know when alarm bells go off when you find air freshners under the bed (I suggest to mask the...

Three of us stayed here overnight mid week and had a good stay, clean rooms, friendly staff and easy to find. We had a good buffet curry that everyone enjoyed, only slight negative was that the plates were cold which led to warm food. First class breakfast, all in all though a pleasant experience.
